Its like you didn't bother reading But are there any teams that wants to have him? That's the real question. I certainly wouldn't if I was a team manager. The bad PR would overshadow any good results. edit: Firecake seems to have calmed down a bit on the bm front lately, but I think the previous incidents are far from being forgotten. I just turn off the stream when this guy plays.

Hes definitely a "risky" pickup. Its not really working in a players favour if you act or did act like Firecake in the past if your searching for an organisation

There is no such thing as bad press in a discipline that lacks exposure as much as SC2 scene, teams should crave for strong personalities instead dull teenagers who want to save baby pandas and wear beige shirts. Golden age is gone for good, the time when teams could afford to get rid of players like Idra or Naniwa is gone too. You want people to notice your sponsors you better hope the guy wearing your jersey is either a champion or a bad guy, no one wants to buy the keyboard/ram/fap lotion of a boring virgin, that's just hopeless. If Life wasn't as good as he is 0 people would give a flying F. The worst possible outcome for marketing is no one cares, Firecake is noticeable and that's not up for debate, people will watch to cheer for him or they'll watch to see him lose, but they'll watch and that's what matters, the number of eyes on the jersey. So many people know about his play, it's crazy, not so long ago you could identify this player just by watcing him play. There isn't a lot of players in the whole SC2 scene who can be identified by their play alone or even a bloody unit, it's rare, so it's worth something and I hope he knows it.

From the twitlonger "At this time I was in team Vega, everything was good, but I never really felt the joy and happiness to win for my team, each player was playing his clan war games on his side. Do you have any evidence of that? Given the circumstances of his departure, most people assumed that the "obvious reasons" were actually the obvious reasons: + Show Spoiler +

I wonder if that's because they were oblivious or because of some kind of professionalism.

But you wont find any evidence.
