I hate homework... Ok not unusual but seriously I'm starting to simply not care about whether or not I get decent grades. I have lost count of how many times I've "forgotten" my homework and stayed up till 3 saying to myself "I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it" and ending up just sleeping. Help?

Eh, I've been the same way since my senior year of high school. Decide how much you're going to allow yourself to "slip," and then don't cross that line. But keep in mind you're only going to get out of your education what you put into it, so when you start getting Cs, don't get upset.

welcome to the college life >___<
it's a constant battle. tonight when i get home, i get to play 'do i do my shitty math homework that i need to get a b or better on, or do i start drinking right away?' it sucks quite a lot.
i find that prioritizing works better. just have a set day where you get all your shit done for the week if possible.

Keep in mind that you pretty have to try to fail, to fail university. You're probably in high school or something since you have to tell someone you "forgot," but the rules are the same. Once you start doing it you realise it's really not a big deal. The anxiety you put yourself through worrying about whether or not you should do it is worse than actually just doing it.
It's usually easier to want to do something if you have nothing else to do, so try doing work during little breaks you get throughout the school day, and then when you get home you'll only have like 10 minutes of work to do.
There are lots of ways to make yourself want to do your homework, but the one good way is realizing that it's easy and really isn't that bad. Another is just to set yourself up with immediate incentive to do well. Your grades won't usually matter to you until a few years down the road, so find someone you want to impress now with good grades so you don't feel like there's no immediate gain.
If you honestly believe there's no point in going to school, or doing well, then just don't. Be that self-proclaimed-genius drop out loser that's never going to have a good future cause he or she did fuck all with his or her life. You choose where you want to go in life. If all you wanna do is sit around jerking off, don't expect your life to progress anywhere nicer. [BTW, I'm not saying formal schooling is the only or best form of education, I'm just saying to need to educate yourself in one way or another to get anywhere].

Try =_= you know you can just start on doing things smally like make yourself some food, dont drive out do things that make you work the more things you do, the less lazy that you get well, thats my theory

I hate when I let myself do the same thing you're doing. The best solution that i find to relieve this is by cleaning everything on site. For stance, clean your room helps a lot and leaves a clear mind to relax. Also clip your toe-nails and fingers; helps your brain rest with less things that need to be done.
I find that doing these minuscule task helps the brain relax in a position. It also motivates (or tricks) your mind into doing more productive things like homework. Even taking a shower helps a lot with getting things done. well, I hope this helped somewhat.

make some friends in the class and form a study group. doing homework with others is fun, you will learn more, and you will make some friends.
