After GSL/SSL or is this possibly a little late? (even though it makes sense cause the objective results are there)

My opinion would be vote during the first week of Aug to determine the July PR. This initial one is June obviously.
The 2nd one after that can be a big one, including determined Proleague, WCS, GSL and SSL winners.
