I installed the new DB but it didnt register to season transition for a good 5-6 games after they happened. http://i.imgur.com/tHLtGki.png not sure if thats helpful or not First you should not use the moving average setting as it makes it more difficult to see the actual values (or recognize potential good games). You should also set the 'good games' visible via 'Config' > 'Data' > 'Mark assumptions / bad games' > 'Save&Exit'. This allows you to see from which games the MMR was calculated. There is always a possibility that there was incorrect result (e.g. due data errors). As your calculated value is way higher than your league, one could suspect the last 'good game' result was incorrect. But there are several cases when it could have been correct. Such as if you have faced MMR decay after the 'good game' and haven't received another 'good game' after the decay. Then the old value is way higher than the actual current value. MMR decay starts after 2 weeks of inactivity and rises into its maximum value when you have been inactive for 4 weeks. Maximum MMR decay roughly equals 20 loses (315 in MMR tool scale). Another possibility is that you have a new account (had 5 placements and have played less than 25 matches). Then your promotions are delayed, but the 25th match (or first win after that) promotes you to your actual league. If you have old account (1 placement match), you are promoted pretty much immediately after you cross the league threshold. Of course Blizzard can also change league offsets / thresholds which would lead the new results to be incorrect. But they haven't done so for several seasons (this may happen later during this season, but when it happens there will be mass promotions & lots of 'I got promoted' threads in various forums ) Thus if you have an old account and are e.g. in gold league and you receive a fresh MMR calculation result that your MMR is in mid platinum, you can be fairly sure that the new calculation is incorrect. If you identify incorrect result you can set it bad via: 'Config' > 'Data' > 'Refresh' > Select the incorrect game from the drop-down list > 'Mark as bad game' > 'Save&Exit'.

At least both EU and NA web profiles have been down since last week's Wednesday or Thursday. Blizzard has escalated the issue, but the profiles are still not fixed. New DB file that unlocks the MMR tool data cannot be published before the web profiles have been fixed Edit: it seems that only API and the the main page of web profiles are down. But match history and division pages are still up. Thus the tool can fetch match data, but cannot get the season number from API. But we will have to wait until they fix it. I am not going to override the API access from the tool at the moment (especially as MMR tool server is inaccessible and it would require manual update for the users). Edit 2: Regarding API Blizzard just posted that there is no eta when it will be fixed: http://us.battle.net/en/forum/topic/15700315599#9

You can download the new DB file version 21.1 from: http://www.mediafire.com/download/axt8v44zwscdn0b/bnet_data_21_1.zip Your current DB file version is shown at the top of the main log of the MMR tool. You can install the new DB by unpacking the downloaded zip packet to following folder (replace old file): [PATH_TO]\Sc2gears\User content\Plugin file cache\mmr.plugin.MMRPlugin\ Please note that the Sc2gears should be closed when you install the DB file. When you restart it, the new file will be loaded (you can check the version number from the main log, note that it will also say that version checker failed one row later, but that is not serious - it just cannot reach the server to check what is the latest file). The new DB unlocks new MMR tool data (good games are possible once again). Based on the web profile polling results NA, KR, SEA and CN profiles give stable readings (no errors regarding bonus pool). But for EU server there has been 3 incorrect readings during today. But as there has also been several hundred correct readings the error ratio is very small and thus also EU data is unlocked even if very small percentage of fetches return incorrect bonus pool.

The goal of this tool is to calculate Blizzards hidden mmr that they use for their matchmaking service in sc2. This can help you figure out when you'll get promoted or if you are improving or declining and helps keep track of your progress so you can steadily see how well you are doing. Blizzard doesn't have an mmr by time limit or vs each race or as each race. There is one mmr per game mode (ranked 1v1s, unranked 1v1s, 2v2 ranked, 2v2 unranked, 2v2 arranged team, etc.) Although this tool only aims to help calculate your 1v1 ranked mmr so you can't use it for unranked or team games. For more information on what mmr is I'd advise you to check out this excellent thread by Excaliburz http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=195273 So no you can't use this plugin for that but you can use sc2gears (which is required to use this plugin) to calculate win rates vs each race, as each race, by map, by game length, and all other sort of fancy stuff! :D. Edit: Actually forgot to mention it can calculate mmr by race if you play ranked 1v1s on KR, EU, and NA servers and limit yourself to playing only 1 race in your ranked games for each server. Like playing zerg on KR, protoss on EU, and terran on NA. You can also do the same thing if you own multiple accounts. Like 1 account plays this race and this account plays that race. Lastly keep in mind since each server has different people playing on them each player pool might have different skill levels. So a high masters player on NA might be mid masters on EU, which can mean he can also be low masters on KR.

Help please. Thanks in advance! You need to play more. There has been no suitable data yet to calculate your MMR. The 'no update' and 'middle update' errors are related to the out-of-sync issue that Blizzard's web profiles have been suffering since last years February (match history is updated immediately but it may take several minutes before division page updates (sometimes happens immediately too)). The uploader error is caused due the MMR tool server being still down.
