Dear will return this year, you'll see it. And by the way, Curious is back bitches !!

Nope, all that's happened is the specific details of his curse were clarified. It's not quite "always 2nd place" it's "always lose in finals": SSL Qualifier: Loss in Winner's Finals followed by loss in Loser's Finals. GSL Qualifier: Loss in Winner's Finals followed by loss in Loser's Finals. He has stayed completely consistent with the curse after all.

Nah, the curse is that no matter what his goal is, he will always come one match short, One match short of requalifying for GSL, one match short of qualifying for SSL, one match short of a Dreamhack title, one match short of the last GSL title in 2013, one match short of the first GSL title in 2014, one match short of the second GSL title in 2014, one match short of the final GSL title of 2014, one match short of playing on the main stage at Blizzcon, one match short of SKT taking Proleague,

Yeah, more like Dear <<<< Zest (; (also if having a trademark play makes you a good player then Rain is shit and Goody is godlike lol)

Not having Zest, soO, DRG, Flash, and Bbyong this season is really going to suck. On the other hand, Gumiho/Taeja/Yoda/MKP/MC/MMA make it bizarrely nostalgic. With new maps coming right before ro32 starts (right? ...right?), 2015 s1 will go down in the history books as that one season that made no sense whatsoever.

The skill gap isn't that big between players Koreans and koreigners isn't so big as compared to koreigners vs foreigners. We shouldn't read too much into this qualifiers. It's one big lucky draw. When the kespa invasion started, it was a gradual thing, but after 3 or 4 seasons of gsl, the best players will remain. There are too much chaos in this qualifiers, it all happen so fast. You do not know who you will be playing next. It's like going to dreamhack, but instead of getting a foreigner to stomp on the next round, you have another korean of similar level. The foreign tournaments hopping players like Taeja bomber MMA mc are more used to this type of format. As the seasons progress, we should see the preparation type players coming back to dominate.

I'm wondering what people will say if those koreigners failed to qualify? As expected? Don't understand why people keep making excuses for those koreans that didn't qualified.

Don't understand why people keep making excuses for those koreans that didn't qualified. It's not excuses. Take for example taeja. Taeja is a monster at weekend tournaments. Take on all comers. But when it comes to preparation type tournaments, it really isn't his cup of tea. Look at his record at WCS America. His play style and ability is more suited to all kill team leagues and weekend tournaments. But does that make him a bad player? No. He's still godly. Some players shine when they have one week to prepare for 1 opponent. Or just 1 or 2 days to dissect the player's play style. Flash is such a player. His PL records are not to be scoffed at. But in a situation like the qualifiers, it is obviously going to be more difficult when you do not know who to prepare for. Or can you even finds enough recent videos for the player. Hypothetically you are a progamer. You look at your bracket of say 24 players. You see seed, zest, penguin (just an example) in your bracket further down the road. Who do you prepare for? I'm not saying one type of player is better than the other, but this qualifiers favours one type over another. While the tournament proper, favours another type. Just chill ya.
