While the first is very personal it suddenly becomes a lot more grander than it has been which makes it a little harder to connect with. A bit sad when I found it it was only book one of a series. Is there any reason there won't be an adaption for the rest? I know it being 7 years later and still nothing kind of speaks to it being so but just wondering if there's an official word. As with most other discontinued adaptations, I believe it didn't sell.

Not really complaining per se, just felt like that aspect coulda been paced better.
But that's the point, it is meant to be rushed. That's even commented on in-world by other characters that he changed incredibly quickly, which we know is because of + Show Spoiler +his mother's death + migi's cells in his body + him resolving to fight. Exactly, it's most of all + Show Spoiler +. I'm loving it so far!

Seirei no Moribito was excellent. It shouldn't even be classified as an action anime, despite some stellar fight scenes.
Also I'm pretty sure anyone who doesn't like the 1st Nanoha movie has shit taste and shouldn't be taken seriously. Few anime movies compare when it comes to pacing, story, and animation.

Sigh. Better produce more SAO and AoT instead. Why do people have to have such shit taste ;(

While the original stuff wasn't great I'd still take it over the shit that is Index. I heard the 3rd season should redeem the show but I don't have much hope for that. Seeing Misaka being cute regardless of how shitty the episodes are is just a blessing.
Wait...there is going to be a third season?

I started watching Railgun before Index, almost dropped it 20 secs in (literally, I'm not kidding) because of Kuroko's voice but kept on going for another 60 secs and it was fine. You can certainly watch Railgun without knowing Index at all. Heck, you can probably continue with Railgun-S afterwards without ever having touched the Index part of the story? I would say avoid Index. Makes the whole deal at Academy City feel weird.

I don't know if there's one announced yet. Everyone just says wait for New Testament arc constantly and judging by how well the anime/LN do it seems pretty safe to say they'll be another season.

Nay. That first Nanoha movie was very average and I counter with anyone who thinks the first Nanoha movie was top tier has shit taste.

I liked the first movie. Fate is a cutiepie

I would say skip the filler parts of Railgun. Gross.

I wonder why it's in the top five of so many anime lists?
Also, the main villain was boring and incompetent, the pacing was atrocious, most drama was artificially generated, the characters talk in melodramatic one-liners, the titular character was useless and the story was both predictable and contrived. There were a lot of cool ideas, sometimes well executed, but you can tell that there is a level of calculation to the story that makes it dishonest.
i have to say your criticism is just as generic and shitty as you claim the show to be xD

Does anyone if there's a fullversion of the new SAO-courage opening yet? I didn't find anything on youtube.

Index only gets good at world war 3 arc and new testament(othinus arc) so yea. it would make sense you'd wait.

+ Show Spoiler [Yuki Yuna 8] + While we don't have the big reveal yet, we got a small part of it. I'm so fucking hyped for the next episode. Episode 9 will be the one that determines how the rest of the series will swing i bet. I hope the next two episodes can at least give me the feeling that i got from madoka episode 10.

+ Show Spoiler [Psycho Pass 8] + I thought this season was shit compared to the first but this episode made me reconsider. I found the logic in the infodump to be reasonable within the show's context and the reveal was done great. Also, i feel bad for inspector Shimotsuki and what she's about to go through especially when she showed just a little competence that makes her a bit more engaging compared to before where she was literally useless. Learning a bit of what Kamui wants to do and what Sybil wants to do was very engaging. I'm just waiting to see how Tsunemori fits into this
|
+ Show Spoiler +Well, yeah, but she also has massive balls to be doing something like that. I hope she ends up dumping the acid, or whatever that was, on him.
