Is it similar to SC2 where Koreans move to EU/NA for easier/more money? The final paragraph is not very clear. Riot has a rule where each organisation can only have 1 team in their league. Korea was the exception, OGN allowed 2 but thats no longer the case. So basically half the Korean scene is about to disappear/change drastically. At least thats my understanding of it, I could be wrong, pretty sleep deprived right now.

This happened in BW too, but imagine the timing of that first/second generation of BW pros syncing up with a SC2 transition and that's basically what's happening for Korean league. The new patch for LoL is also like a totally different game, plus the new structure is closer to WCS than OSL/MSL and the transition period has been very abrupt.
