OChem Midterms 2 and 3

OK, this is going to sound like bragging, but at this point I don't care.

I'm really really happy right now so yay!

On exam 2 I received a score of 125/150, where only 27 people out of 307 scored equal or higher than me.

On exam 3 I recevied a score of 129/150, where only 20 people of 279 scored equal or higher than me.

Which means, with the curve I got A's on both exams. This means I basically have an A going into the final, so I better not screw up!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Good job, I'm in the same boat; got a 278/300 on the last OChem test, average was a 71 for the class.

I hate you sooooo much my ochem teacher is a maniac. Our exams last three hours long. The first one wasn't that bad a couple of people got A's but not that many. Our second exam was the hardest thing I ever saw, a lot of people got in the 20's and some of them got in the teens. He doesn't curve our grades so most of us are fucked. I did fail both exams one with a 56 and the other 54. Our 3rd exam was today and I was the last one to finish, I think I did good hoping for at least a 80.

The thing that sucks about his exams is that there are only 20 questions and it takes about three hours to complete them. Even the smartest/fastest people finish it in about 2-2.5 hours.

2nd year of undergrad

there is also advanced ochem which you can take afterwards (usually only for chem majors)

How much more advanced is this ochem than the one taught in HS? I remember
ochem was fairly simple as long as you could perform math + remember rules.

actually, it turns out that a TA scored the exam wrong, so i actually got 138/150 on the 3rd midterm

hey I got my test back the other day 119/150, never in my life have I been so happy to get a C+, this week is the last day to withdraw from any class and I talk to my teacher he said I did good, and need and 83 on the final which is dooable to get a C for the overall class.

I need a miracle.. >
