The crown owes that money to the iron bank. The crown also owes the Lannisters a considerable amount. Only the Lannisters have no interest in immediate repayment, because they make up the crown at this time.

The throne is held by the Baratheons.
Lannisters are allied but the Kingdom's debts are not theirs (the throne owes a fuckton to them, mentioned in S1).

It's not like Sansa could defend herself. Even with one hand, Jaime is still a trained soldier. Unless she was surrounded by guards, he could kill her easily. Besides, he has no idea where she is. The only thing we know is that Cersei apparently asks him that, we'll see what he says.

I don't see Jaime going along with the killing Sansa or killing Tyrion thing. Even if the one he wants to bone literally anywhere they happen to be at the time asks him to.
Jaime is not going to go from being committed to 'saving' Sansa and delivering her to her mother, to killing her because Cersei thinks that she's responsible for Joffery's death.

She asks him to, but he won't do it. I really doubt he will. Also sansa is not a fighter at all, she literally couldn't defend herself even if she wanted to.

I agree that even with Jaime being handless could kill a girl without training.

I think he'll try to refuse but she will press it and either threaten Jamie, insult his hand, play her V card, or some combination of them all.
I'm guessing this leaves Jamie with a bitter taste in his mouth but he does what his love asks. In the process or pursuing/killing Sansa he has a moment where he thinks 'wtf am I doing?' thinks about Brienne and how he might like to climb that tree and killing Sansa would ruin that chance.
He hesitates from killing her then remembers he was born a Lannister and he'll die a Lannister and kills her (or at least tries) and breaks down shortly after.
Basing that off of the foreshadowing of the jealousy between Cersei and Brienne at dinner and after that steamy bath scene on the way back to kings landing haha.
The way I predict this show is just thinking about what I think people would want to happen and predicting the opposite.

Remember Jaime 4 seasons ago? Lol. Not saying hes the same or different. Just interesting to see how our opinions of him may have changed since then. I wanna believe that Jaime is a better person now though.

Oh I definitely still believe he's got it in him to just kill a kid, just that Sansa is special. Sansa (and Arya) is the reason Catelyn freed him. Brienne would also tear him in half.

And the pushing of Bran out the window was I imagine in part to save both his life, Cersei's life, and their kids lives, while going after Sansa would just be revenge.

I also hope Jaime is a better person. I hope he won't agree to go and try to kill Sansa, but both him refusing and agreeing are plausible. I mean he is clearly fed up with his father and maybe even Cersei, but he also loves her. I guess he will be very conflicted and make the decision. I just hope it's not the ''Yeah I'll go by what my crazy lover/twin sister tells me and kill this innocent naive, broken little girl', decision.
