Getting behind at all for most of the common mids looks like it would lead to an endless wave of all ins.
Pretty much. When he can dash melee->dash ranged->dash your face without repercussions at all(unless he misjudged and wants an out), it's a 6 second CD, stupid long range gap closer, without the downsides of say irelia Q. And his W is one of, if not the most broken non-ultimate spell in the game.

Is he as viable as Yi jungle or is there actually a chance of him seeing pro jungle play? I would suspect his item costs are too high for him to be played outside a solo lane.

I knew that already, but a refresher is nice. Every single one of his champions has been hilariously overpowered upon release, including one of the few balance patch hotfixes. The whole time I've been playing, Zyra is the only one I can recall.

He's op because it's Liam O'briens voice. Jungle Yasuo here I come. While he actually seems hilariously broken it looks like you could do some crazy stuff if you mastered use of E, the passive stacking and the knockup's.
Wind Wall looks like the best teamfighting non-ultimate ability in the game by several orders of magnitude. Need further clarification about what counts as a projectile though.

Watch the Champ Preview. All auto-attacks, skillshots, and ranged target abilities (it seems).

according to the wiki http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Yasuo the gapcloser basically has no cooldown. Its Q with the CD which gates (slightly) your ability to gain knockup power.
Man, it's going to be really interesting to see this guy's power level when he hits live. And probably even more interesting to see if/how he's nerfed afterwards!
EDIT: Can we talk about how riot's been all 'we don't like passives that just give flat stats/item equivalents' but apparently giving multiplicative stats is ok?
elementz starting a new team with some pretty good players, better than him at least, but his AD is a huge fucking rager and the only guy i've ever lashed out at in league over voicechat and it wasn't even a serious game.
Generally speaking, isn't it usually the case where after the champ spotlight video is released the actual champ is released within the next day or so? So shouldn't Yasuo be hitting live servers soon-ish?

I take away my qualifiers.

Yeah, it seems like even if you're not that good with it you will block crazy amounts of damage, and if you are good it will be game winning. Looks like it should either have a long cast time (so you can't use it like god's spell shield) or shorter duration.
EDIT: Or better yet let it be dissipated by enemy champs walking through it. Counterplay and everything.
Also why doesn't E have a higher cooldown?
I have to say though, he looks incredibly fun to play. I just hope they have got the numbers right.
