Mvp wins Igromir 2013!
I cannot believe that I missed this tournament! I just had to get that out of my system.
As you have probably seen by now, I have this unfortunate habit of suddenly disappearing at times because of my workload. Once again, I have become unbelievably busy... until perhaps March of 2014, I probably will not have enough time to do much of anything. I will try to keep this fan club updated weekly, but Project Facebook will most likely be put on hiatus for now. Just to give you guys an idea of how busy I am: I am currently typing this up at 5:11 AM!
Anyway, since I haven't been here for two weeks, this fan club went through a big update. Here is a list of changes:
1. I have added games from IeSF 2012. I just discovered this tournament's existence, and it had Mvp in it, so I am obligated to add it to the fan club. Better late than never. 2. I have added all VODs from Igromir 2013. 3. I have updated the Upcoming Games with WCS EU Challenger League Group Stage in 9 days. 4. I have updated the Recent Games with Igromir 2013. 5. I have added Igromir 2013 to the list of Achievements... congratulations Mvp on earning $380,000! 6. I have added one new photo from Igromir 2013 to the Tournament Photos section. 7. I have added the Russian interview at Igromir 2013 to the Interviews section. 8. I have added the Mvp/NesTea streaming session to the Videos section. 9. I have updated the Player Biography to reflect Mvp's updated wealth. 10. I have changed the front page picture... another championship merits a new image.
Congratulations Mvp and I can't wait to see how he does at BlizzCon. As always, please keep cheering him on. With the recent wave of progamers retiring or switching to LoL (like MarineKing), Mvp needs the support of his fans more than ever.
Time for me to disappear until next week!

If so, I guess his MLG Anaheim replays would be the best ones to watch? (Unless of course someone happens to have his Code S replays).
Also, do you recommend any other replays that show exemplary Mvp play? Thank you!
Well overall I would say he didn't go to very many tournaments that released their replays in full, but I do remember getting a replay pack from IEM cologne 2012 where he unveiled the cool mech TvZ build that won a lot of games.

Here I'm sitting, rewatching his games against Squirtle. Such sweet memories. Reminds me when I was still in high school. Sometimes glory only shines in the past.

I first saw it in GSL 2012 Season 2 when Mvp was making his amazing run.

It's from a old bw thread where a wjs fan made one for each player

I enjoy doing stuff like this and it's not really thread worthy, and since MVP is the best there's no one more worthy of doing it for. I already have a list of all major tourneys and lesser ones and all the 1-3's place finishers just to get a broad view of who really keeps popping up. Anyway he's a more or less accurate trend of MVP, hopefully we can form or better see where MVP stands today.
This is more or less off by a month or two because I just mark off when the tourneys started and not when won and some are when won, but still fun to see his trends.
StarCraft 2 is released July 27 2010.
5months later, MVP wins GSL
6months later MVP wins MLG ? and gsl
1month later wins blizzcon and get's second in gsl.
1 month later wins wcg
1month later wins aol tourney
4months later wins gsl
5months later wins iem, second place gsl
8months later wins wcs eu, and 3-4th in global finals.
6-7 months later - present day...(not counting the Russian one)
(edit) This is so inaccurate it's sad.... ><

I could see it. The King of Wings makes a grandiose return by tearing through everyone and winning Blizzcon, not dropping a single map.

Mvp tops his Challenger League group, will play at BlizzCon in two weeks!
I am still unbelievably busy and will continue to be busy until 2014 at the very earliest. After skipping last week, I am back again with an update. Unfortunately, I missed the games, but it sounds like Mvp didn't have too much trouble at all. Unfortunately, the Challenger League groups no longer offer a direct seed to Premier League, but it seems like Mvp will be seeded higher in the 2014 Premier League Qualifiers.
In other news, Mvp will play at BlizzCon very soon... can you feel the anticipation build? It's about time Mvp won another championship... after a long period of not winning, you can just sense that he will return to championship caliber, right in time for BlizzCon. His 4-0 result in Challenger League perhaps shows that his form isn't atrocious at the moment... he might have a fairly decent shot, and winning the most prestigious tournament of the year would bring tears to my eyes.
Here is a list of changes:
1. I have added the Fuck Yeah Mvp image to the Fan Club under Random Photos... I can't believe that wasn't in the fan club already. Oh well, that iconic image will now live on forever in the fan club. 2. I added Mvp's Challenger League group to the Recent Results. 3. I have added VODs for his Challenger League group. 4. I have added BlizzCon 2014 to his Upcoming Games list now that he is guaranteed entry. 5. I have corrected a small typo in my VODs section... I bet none of you noticed. I dare you to spot the difference. + Show Spoiler +I deleted an extra space. Hey, attention to detail helps make a fan club truly great.
Please continue to cheer on Mvp! He needs your support in order to bust through BlizzCon!
See you guys next week, this has been your weekly Mvp Fan Club update.

Thank you for the information!
I will cheer on for Mvp!
Also, happy birthday to you!
