Seed, Losira, Yoda, First, Nestea, Squirtle I'd imagine should be the 6 since Yonghwa and Byul already have spots in IPL6.
MVP just doesn't go to these ;;

Taking out the three players EG did is a great achievement - sure, it would have been cool to see them get to the finals, but that could hardly be expected with IM's current depth. To stir up shit and because hating on EG is common enough for insecure teenagers to feel safe and belonging to a group. Not much to it really.

We won't find out until the day of the tournament too ;;

Since Liquid/Taeja got to the finals of IPL TAC it's expected for EG to match that, since Liquid flopped hard this season. Either way, despite beating some of the best teams and players EG has an invisible standard set around them for some reason that they're supposed to beat everyone. Very silly.

The problem is that people are still in the mindset that KeSPA teams aren't that great or Proleague players haven't had the time the ESF teams had in SC2, so they are judging EG based on bad They have been in Proleague while ignoring the fact that PL is the most competitive team league by far with players who practice more for their BO1 in the team league than any individual leagues. Now everything outside of Proleague is compared to Proleague, when EG loses its just another sign of how "overrated" and bad they are. If they win, it's a fluke because they suck in Proleague.(Proleague is tougher than IPTL IMO)

I dislike EG a lot but this was still a good showing by them, games were really close. Dunno why some people need to be so negative, just ignore them. I really think EG is a team that is better suited to All Kill than PL format.

If eg had won here would that mean IM is the worst team in Kespa PL?

I think someone's been reading too much pseudo-psychology. In all seriousness, their favorite team probably lost to EG or they don't like some EG player or whatever.

What do you expect them to do, stick with foreigners forever and fade into irrelevancy? That has happened to so many teams already, even with EG having most of the best foreigners they would be weak in the global scene without JYP, Puma, Revival and Jaedong. I hope they will continue trying hard in Korea and expand their lineup to include more B teamers/practice partners and maybe some good teamless players like Alive or Oz. Well i wouldn't say from the ground up. They basically buy players that are doing well atm/are popular. Nothing wrong with that but not much players you can really say that are EG grown compared to other teams. After Suppy i was kinda hoping for some more EG grown players and then they suddenly bought Stephano and Jaedong.

Trying to start a Korean squad with unknowns doesn't work if you want to play in a league like Proleague, Azubu is a team formed from well known and successful players but nobody calls them a collection of mercenaries.

JD was the only 'big name' koreans they bought.
