I think it's a fake from Vortix, and its really viPro joining Karonte, not Parting. well its vortix official twitch account and it was on his official twitch chat so either someone hacked him and fooled us while streaming with the exact same settings as vortix is or it is true ..... or vortix is trolling No one hacked anyone, if I was in vortix's position I would have some fun, he's just making a joke.

I really hope for PartinG's sake that it isn't true. well idk but when empire recruited vines their roster was arguably quite a bit better than the one of liquid when they recruited hero... I also don't think that they had financial problems tbh the only thing that might have been missing is enough publicity but I don't think vines was big enough to expect a lot of hype and it's not empires fault that he didn't have any massive success is it? (maybe I'm talking complete trash here I don't know a lot about that particular issue just my theoretic approach to the matter ^^ so feel free to correct me) my biggest concern would be the language barrier since parting most likely doesn't speak english so well and that is not even the teams' main language

How do Empire and Liquid have ANYTHING to do with this? As far as I can tell everything you said is completely irrelevant except for the piece on the language barrier. Karont3 is not only less successful, well known, and legendary as those two teams, but it lacks money. If PartinG is leaving Korean teams, he's doing it for international tournaments and salary that he can't get in Korea. If he's staying in Korea, he's doing it for the team environment. Karont3 offers the low end of all of those things. Seriously dude I have no idea what is going in this conversation anymore. It's not as if PartinG would ever consider knocking himself down to the level of Karont3 (no offense to Karont3 and its awesome players). ViPro is the new player pretty much definitively.
