Yep, that's exactly what I predicted. However, I expected Yarnc > BF and Anytime > Gorush. Let's watch how well fag Maestro does this time.

Meaning if NaDa wins, will he get his 4th badge, and become one away from the Platnium Mouse?

Someone tell me how many events there are throughout the year? This Shinhan Masters is a first time occurance. Normally there are three OSL seasons per year, usually each with a different sponsor. The Shinhan Bank sponsored the last OSL of 2005. They were apparently very satisfied with the publicity they got through sponsoring it and decided to sponsor all three OSL seasons in 2006 (which are hence named Shinhan 1, Shinhan 2, Shinhan 3, while the one they sponsored in 2005 is simply called Shinhan OSL 2005). The final of the Shinhan 3 OSL was obviously in February 2007, but it belonged to the last season of 2006, just for clarification. Anyway, Shinhan wanted to add something more special to it (they decided this in the beginning already) -> the Shinhan Masters. The Shinhan Masters features 4 players: the 3 winners of the 3 Shinhan OSL Seasons from 2006 (Casy for winning Shinhan 1, Nada for winning Shinhan 2 and Savior for winning Shinhan 3), as well as a fourth player who was to be determined out of 8 players (among those the other runner-ups of the 3 Shinhan seasons) in the Shinhan Pre-Masters Tournament and it's about this Pre-Masters Tournament that this very thread is about so far. The real Shinhan Masters tournament will be played between Casy, Nada, Savior and Iris next week

Anyway, some basics: There are two TV channel in Korea that host and broadcast Starcraft (not only SC though, but mostly), one is Ongamenet (OGN) the other one is MBC Game (or just MBC). Each of the TV channels hosts a minor league (called Ongamenet Dual Tournament - ODT in short for OGN and Survivor for MBC) and a major league. The major leagues are referred to as Starleagues, OSL (Ongamenet Starleague) and MSL (MBC Game Starleague). There are normally 3 seasons of each Starleague per year (think it was more like 2.5 for MSL earlier, because their seasons' format took longer to play out, but not anymore). Lately two Starleague finals happened, Bisu won vs Savior in the most recent MSL (sponsored by GomTV) and Savior won vs Nada in the most recent OSL (sponsored by Shinhan Bank). I explained the correlation of the latest OSL and the Shinhan Masters Tournament in my last post, I hope it is clear by now. Anyway, regarding the question if this is the "biggest and last event for a while": it will certainly attract nice crowds, but it is obviously more the invite-only type of event. The next regular MSL and OSL seasons will probably begin some time in early April.
