Even when i go to office hours i see him having a coffee with a cute little Asian girl, and they're joking and laughing about something, and he always gives his best references, internships, and recommendations to the cute little Asian girls. This is one of the worst parts of being a math major. as an undergraduate I feel like he doesn't even acknowledge my existence but he's more than ready to paint the cute little Asian girls toenails or something. Other than that, they walk around in packs and don't want to study with me at the library even though I'm really nice. They always get the highest grades in class and bump up the curve to make it impossible for a dumb guy like me to ever get a decent grade in any class that has cute little Asian girls. it sounds like you are getting dominated by cute asian girls. I guess looks can be decieving :D Some people just aren't attracted to others, its as simple as that. Move on to better people who are more ready to accept you for who you are. Also it's understandable that the professor thinks more of the asian women than an undergarduate math major such as yourself. It sounds like from your post that your professor interacts more with cute asian girls than he does with you so what makes you think that the professor should acknowledge you over them? | ||

I will assume the first scenario though since I am an optimist, even through #2 and especially #4 are far more likely  . I was a #4 lol. When they hit 30-35, though... they look ancient. Meanwhile my dad's 60 and he's barely greying, and I think he's had a lot more stress and hell in his life than the average human being haha. | ||

anyway you've got a pretty random situation there, I think the best thing you can do is try to ignore them if approaching them seems impossible, that way you can at least focus on your own results instead | ||
