As I mentioned in my post the other day, my build generally goes 14 gas, 14 pool, and a hatch around 20~21. I'd much rather get into the mindset of a hatch-first build, I think. I haven't generally had to put up with really early pressure, and I don't generally put on early pressure myself, so I'm not getting a lot of use out of the early speedlings.
With that in mind, I'm going to try something a bit different, like a 14 hatch 15 pool. Invest in losing, right?! Go go The Art of Learning!!

I also spent ten or so matches beforehand against some barely-CPU just practicing the hatch-first build. I think I'm pretty happy with it, though it'll be quite a few more matches yet before I'm as comfortable doing is as I have been with the speedling expand opening! I also am having mixed results with Infestors due to the aforementioned suckiness as micro. That's what practice is for, though!!
In any event, towards the end of any given play session, I start getting matched up against gold opponents, so I figure that's a good sign!

Good luck man! I always go hatch first as Zerg , it just feels sooooo much more economical. as long as you scout any possible bunkers / cannons , you should be ok!!!

You'd be better off going with different builds for different matchups to be honest. The standards:
ZvT: 15 Hatch 16 Pool. ZvZ: Either 15 Hatch 15 Pool 15 Gas OR 15 Pool 15 Gas 17 Hatch. ZvP 14 Pool 16 Hatch.

Eventually the goal would be to have a different opening for each matchup, but I'm only silver at the moment, and I have far bigger problems with my plan than simply "I am using the wrong build". I just need to use a build in enough games to fix in the muscle memory for it, otherwise when I do get a wrench thrown in the works (say, due to early aggression), I can't recover. :D
Thanks for the tip on the different builds for different matchups, though! That's helpful!
