Former CJ Entus player Movie has moved to Team 8.
According to the KeSPA website (accessed May 7th), it has been posted by the association that Movie has indeed changed teams.
Drafted in 2007 by CJ Entus, Movie, along with Effort and Skyhigh, rose through the CJ B-Team to become one of the key players for them in Proleague. Individually, his most prominent accomplishment was making it to the final of the EVER 2009 OSL where he lost to Flash 3-1.
Movie requested a transfer after showing a poor performance in last seasons Proleague, with a record of 4 wins and 5 losses.

Thanks for the update GTR.
I hope this works out for Movie.

Hmm... he might make a good addition to the team. I'll be interested to see how it works out for him =)

Best of luck to him in Team 8

Well, they definitely needed a protoss. This could end up great for both parties.

Team 8 is a big question mark to me. Is their problem a lack of practice partners, or is it bad morale from lack of a sponsor, or is the coach just bad? T8 has a huge amount of talent and team spirit, but it seems blocked somehow. It's amazing that not one of them could break into the Ro16. I like Movie a lot, but I wonder whether this transfer is going to do anything do fix T8's problems, or Movie's problems.
Still, this transfer helps balance the teams a little bit. I'll cheer for T8 and Movie and I hope they win the next proleague over KT or SKT, or get silver against ACE =)

I think this transfer will benefit Movie more than it will the team. He'd been unhappy at CJ for some time. Now that he's on Team 8 he'll at least get more playing time, especially since Sea and Killer are slumping hard. He's also buddies with Tyson so he already has friends in the team.
As for Team 8... their coaching staff is very much lacking. Although he picks the line-ups, Coach Ju really is more of a manager than coach, which leaves only 1 effective coach to oversee 11 progamers.

I disagree, only JD. Everyone likes to hype up Sea on TL 'cos he did some guest appearance thing a few years back but the truth is he is one of the most underwhelming players with a terrible record.

Despite the horrendous last season he had, Sea still has a 58.18% career winrate and at least 55% in all match-ups.
