s&b's effort on Snarfs is the best I've seen so far, and due to my own failure to make good scum-reads, that will be where my vote will rest atm.
##Vote: Snarfs

I mean, as it stands right now, town is going to have to massively consolidate just to GET a lynch.
What do you guy suggest? One of MrZentor or Snarfs? They're the leading candidates with 2 votes, one of MrZentors being his own. I think Zentor is town, and I don't think he'll end up voting for himself, so I'd have to go with Snarfs...but Snarfs looks town to me too.
There seems to be a consensus behind a Radfield lynch, would you guys join me in lynching him over an inactive I feel has a huge chance of flipping scum? Other than these options, it's looking like a No Lynch situation to me.

What exactly convinces you on s&b's post that snarf is scum? Could you please elaborate a bit?
Because what you have written above is probably the cheapest bandwagoning so far in this game.

My reasons are my own for voting VE, though they will materialize in the thread before the day is out. The short version is that I've played scum with VE lately, and so far this reminds me of that game.

Radfield - Radfield's really only here because not only was his vote for me not explained (verily, even when requested), but justifies it by my lack of response. Sounds like an excuse to park his vote and not scumhunt to me, and I don't like it.

Unless we decide that we'd rather lynch a lurker, in which case I prefer Sbrubbles. I wouldn't mind that actually, because between the two I think I prefer Sbrubbles...but I don't think I can get a wagon rolling on a lurker at this point. Based on the fact that my scumreads are weak as hell after rereading (those who know me will notice a distinct lack of red text), I think scum are putting in way less effort than most everyone who's posting.
As an aside, if voting is done in this thread, could we trouble the hosts for periodic vote-counts?
Your reasoning on Ace has already been adressed by himself and others here commenting on his meta. I'd be more than happy with giving him the benefit of a doubt. His setup discussion got things rolling in a good way and I don't see him play as scummy at all.
Accusing someone who hasn't been active (in this case, myself) is usually good town play in order to get people to talk and remove from the game someone who isn't contributing to town. Still, trying to shift focus to lurkers when we've been having pretty good discussions is trying appear useful without having to actually having to take strong stances . And this is scummy behaviour to me.
Lastly, between you and Rad, you've both accused the other, but looking at the game through "VE town lenses" and "Radfield town lenses", I think his play makes more sense. So I'm voting you.

Through the power of delegation I've made it back early
VE: My intention of voting you was simply to see how you would react to moderate pressure. In past games I've played with you you've gotten pretty panicky as scum when people start pushing you. My intention was to see your reaction, but I really couldn't follow through with any real pressure, since I haven't had the time.
I never really intended on getting you lynched, but when you disappeared it seemed out of character for you. Either way I don't think you are a good lynch candidate for today.
Likewise, I don't think voting Ace makes a lot of sense either. I've said this before and will say it again: Lynching a potentially strong player on day 1(in the absence of a strong case) is very poor play. In this game that would be myself, Ace and Sandro, as I would say all three of us are consistently strong town-aligned players. Lynching any of the three of us only does mafia a favor.
Shrubbles actually looks ok to me right now. He really only has two posts, as two of his posts are back to back. Though actually now that I look at it, they are timestamped on the exact same minute...

MrZentor's early game was both agressive and annoying. What do you guys think about a marvellosity lynch? strongandbig and prplhz, what makes me a better lynch than him?
Of the other players who have votes on them already, I'd probably prefer a Radfield over a Zentor, mainly based on the difference in effort between I'm a Cop You Idiot and this game.
When I look at your filters, comparing yours before I accused you and his as it stands, I see him lurking hardcore, and I see you lurking hardcore but putting in an effort not to look like you're lurking. I actually find that far more suspicious, since it seems much more in line with scum behavior to try and fit in rather than just to not do shit.
Your attack on marvellosity again seems to fall into that category for me. You're not actually accusing him of being scum; you're just saying what we all know, that he hasn't actually contributed to the thread yet.
Your posts since I posted my case have been more on the side of contributing, I guess; at least, the stuff about marvellosity and radfield is getting into the issues. However, with marvellosity you're essentially proposing we do a lurker lynch, and the radfield stuff is kinda helpful but really short. All in all, I'm not yet convinced that your posts during the first 40 hours of this game were doing anything other than trying to look contributory. I still think you're a better lynch than either marvellosity or sbrubbles.
Regarding the lynch: options overall:
I think that sbrubbles is probably a worse lynch than either marvellosity or snarfs. He only made three posts, but he still manages to have more substance in his filter than either of the other two. If it comes down to a lurker lynch, sbrubbles is a worse choice than marvellosity imo. I don't think we can call a snarfs lynch a lurker lynch, but I still think he's pretty scummy ATM.
In general, I think that a lurker lynch is only a good idea if (A) the lurker is both scummy and lurky at the same time, (B) there's little to no prospect that the lurker will contribute to the town in the future, or (C) if there's no one you think is genuinely scummy after day one. I think we have enough information to go on that we can lynch someone for looking scummy rather than just looking lurky.
For me to move my vote over to marvellosity or sbrubbles, I would have to hear someone explain why they're scummy rather than just lurky. So far all I've got on them is "man they're not posting much."
However, radfield's reluctance to explain his vote is problematic imo. I can imagine a number of reasonable explanations and a larger number of scummy ones, and I want to hear what he has to say about it. (He did after all say his reasoning would be in the thread before the day ends.) Depending on what other options get votes, I could see myself supporting a radfield lynch unless he comes in and gives us some more explanation. Radfield posted while I was typing this up, I have to rethink my opinion about him.
I also want to hear MrZentor tell us who he thinks has been acting scummy. As I said above, his retarded trolling could either be his town MO or a scum tactic. However, in the previous game I played with him, he got serious relatively quickly. This game, the fact that his vote is still on himself three hours before the deadline bugs me. Personally, I was leaning against him being a good lynch, but that sort of hangs on him deciding to contribute something serious to the game.
PRE-EDIT: I see radfield and sbrubbles both posted while I was typing this up. (I'm typing this on a desktop so I can actually check before I post in another tab, instead of posting on my iphone like I usually do.)
Sbrubbles is even less lurky now that he's posted again. Still think he's not a good lynch.

Well, I know marvellosity is capable of more - I didn't look at his early play, admittedly my expectation of him is based on his later game activity which I have read.
Sbrubbles OMGUS of me is strange, considering the reason he's saying I'm suspicious is all the "good discussion town has had over suspicious behavior" and my penchant to "vote a lurker like him" in spite of it "usually being good town play". Like...it doesn't register.
I'm good with my vote on him. If we're consolidating, I prefer it's on this guy. Someone needs to tell me why their candidate is better than mine.

a) If you can give me a good reason scum would want to enter the game voting for themselves, then you go ahead and chalk this one up to you. There's NO reason scum would do that, and that's why I call it an "advanced scum move"...because I would never think scum would do that. If Zentor is scum and doing that, then kudos to him...but I don't think that's the case.
b) My problem with Ace has to do with the fact that he's not interested in helping out with TODAY'S LYNCH AT ALL. It has nothing to do with his setup speculation, it has to do with the fact that he's not trying to help find scum HERE, NOW. You and Radfield feel free to "give him the benefit of the doubt". I'm willing to not vote for him today too, but I think he's scum. It's just a matter of when town will get behind me.
c) I'll admit your activity makes you look better now, but I wasn't trying to "shift focus" to lurkers - I was trying to FOCUS TOWN ON LURKERS because TOWN HAD NO FOCUS.
d) Rad never accused me, I lightly accused Rad for this - which he's now responded to (sufficiently imo for D1).
Anything I'm missing? Because you have literally no case on me, so I just wanted to make sure before you unvote that I answer any other suspicions you have.

I don't think sbrubbles or snarfs are very good lynches.
Honestly, I don't really feel like doing the last hour scramble, and I don't think we will net scum doing that anyways. I'd be fine with a marvellosity or bluelightz lynch, but I doubt that gets us anywhere either.
However, no-lynching doesn't really do us any good. Right now we have lylo on day 4(assuming no SK), and if we no-lynch we still have mylo on Day 4. However, if there IS a serial killer in the mix, every extra townie will count.
I'm just feeling a bit apathetic towards the lynch and don't feel like forcing through a mediocre candidate(again).
Also, lynching me day 1 is never a good idea. Have you ever notice how pretty much the only time townies find me scummy on day 1 is when I am town?
Man, I really don't have the energy for this right now. Apologies all, I will try to pick it up tonight.

I still would have liked an answer from Zentor, looks like I won't get one. Also most people do no longer seem willing to lynch him.
VE slowly gets better, however i don't really agree with his initial lynch targets.
Marvellosity is looking worse. The fact that he is just blatantly sheeping s&b without trying to put a little effort into his vote after a day of complete apathy to scumhunting looks suspicious enough.

Yea I'm against Radfield/Ace/SamuelLJackson lynches too, lets stop even discussing them.
90 minutes until lynch, I'll be here up until deadline (horay eurofriendly deadlines!)
Honestly, if I had a gun I'd shoot MrZentor. His initial aggression seems fake to me and he's pretty much quit this game and apparently doesn't want to be a part of the lynch. It's just too much bullshit and I see no explanation for this. I think he should be our go-to-lynch today.
@phagga Why are you buddying me? Especially, you complain when marvellosity voted for Snarfs because he did so on bad reasonable, but I never ever put any reasonable at all and you didn't complain about that.

Sandro is not arround right now but it looks like forumite is not going to happen?
Marv is the best Plan B we have imo. Not really sure about him but he definitely looks really bad. If a Rad or forumite lynch is possible as well I'd swap for that, but pretty much nothing else right now. Ace would be a decent option as well as he basicly stopped posting ever since we stopped posting about the mason thing. Remember, that's a topic that's really easy to talk about for mafia as well but I have no idea what Sandroba thinks about Ace right now.

If Sandroba gets in here we might talk this over together but it's only 1,5 hours left
