GREATEST EPISODE YET, MAY EVEN BEAT SISTERHOOVE SOCIAL. Loved it so much. I know I'm going to be watching this more than once. And I smell many fanfics inc. However, I'm a little sad that RBD's rainboom was a little disappointing and Vinyl didn't get much screen time  Otherwise 42/10 ez | ||

Also, hi again my little ponies; i went on a terrible 4 month hiatus from all things Teamliquid, but i'm back and man, what a way to come back. I have to say, i kinda missed you. The chat squeals that can almost be heard, osu! sessions with camail, the super awesome minecraft server, the art spams, all these things are hard to forget. I have to say, i'm sorry i never told you i was leaving. I don't even know what happened, i just knew one day that i just wasn't coming. However, i'm gladly back, and back to see you've grown by a LOT since last time i was on. What's that, 70 members in the quakenet chat? That is amazing. | ||

Guess I'll be the party pooper for this. It just wasn't very good. Random brother we've never heard of marrying random alicorn princess we've never heard of and twilight needs to break out of secret underground ancient prison and get the elements of harmony to fight off a hoard of shape shifting zombie ponies? Really? MLP hasn't revolved around spectacles or fight scenes, but I feel that's all this episode really had to offer. If i wanted to watch action cartoon I'd watch GI Joe or Bleach. That's not the think that MLP does well. Acknowledgement that luna and dj aren't dead is nice, and the duet between the Candices was pretty cool, but that's not enough to float an episode on, and certainly not a two parter. There were minimal funny parts (and the few that happened were all sight gags) and the characters were as shallow and uninteresting as they have ever been. Isn't this what G1 was? Ponies fighting monsters coupled with horrible cheesy emotions? | ||
