Just finished a new mix in the Jazzy/Nujabes/Nomak/Blazo area of Hip Hop. It also has tunes from DJ Premier, DJ Krush, Madlib, Madlib's little brother Oh No, Onra, Emancipator and many more.
I feel like you're missing this. Doesn't quite fit in with the general feel of the playlist... but I just feel like with a title like that it's a necessity.

I have now! Thanks a lot for the heads up on that. I don't know how this artist managed to escape my notice.

Hehe! I know what you mean though and it's a great track. Maybe have to put that in a future mix.

Yea there were tons of great artists that I missed out in this mix. People like DJ Okawari, Tokimonsta, Cradle Orchestra, Erik L, Flying Lotus, Glen Porter, Bonobo, Jon Kennedy, Gold Panda, Kenichiro Nishihara, etc. to name just a few of them.
Unfortunately, there is only so many songs you can fit into an hour-long mix. Hold tight for my next Jazz Hip Hop mix and you'll most likely see a lot more of those names.
I keep missing these threads and only find out you posted another when I check mixcloud... good shit again man. I just saw DJ Krush last night, this fit my mood perfectly this morning. Liked that Apollo Brown track, can you recommend one of his albums in particular?

Oh thanks man, I appreciate it!
DJ Krush puts on such a good show every time I see him, I always try to catch him whenever he's in London. Did he play any of his new singles? I haven't really heard anyone talking about them recently, so I'm not sure how they've been received.
Apollo Brown's album 'Clouds' has pretty much been on repeat for me ever since I first heard this track, which was recommended to me by my friend:
