I also work in the same industry in Alberta, and put metal shacks aroundall different kinds of pipe skids. Do you do any drawings for these type of skids? Would be really neat to know that someone here makes the skids that my company puts buildings on. Here is a general picture of what im taking about. Heres one with one of our buildings around it. I don't really engineer... anything. I'll select materials and review designs, but the bulk of the work is outsourced to EPs. I mostly manage pipeline facility projects. Pretty much exactly like something in your picture; but my company doesn't prefab large pipe into skids/buildings like that. We would do something like that for a smaller building, like a densitometer, viscometer, prover, etc., but not a meter run or pump header. Pretty cool that you fab those skids. What trade are you?

Getting "stamped by Chill" could be a new catchphrase or right of passage. I can just imagine Chill leaning in at the end of the date, the girl looking at him excitedly... then he gently stamps her forehead, says "goodnight" and leaves

So, this is for anyone who had trouble reading it. ^^ + Show Spoiler + Or, um, you could read the impression it makes on the paper, complete with Chill's gorgeous, gorgeous handwriting?

I guess I would be labeled a sheet metal worker, but it's definitely a niche trade that doesn't really have alot of competing companies doing the samething (No schooling involved either). Basically if any company outside of Alberta/BC/Sask needs a building done on site, we gotta fly there and do it, or fly there and train other workers how to do it. (including places like Russia, and deep into the US).
