Sure maybe you can argue PuMa has fallen off just a tad in recent times compared to other top koreans but there is absolutely no way in hell you could argue that he is "foreigner bad".
Ok 'foreigner bad' was a huge overstatement on my part. Nonetheless what I remember is that Puma stood toe to toe with some of Korea's best back when he was on TSL, but now lately when I see him go up against elite players like MMA/Bomber/Idra he doesn't even look like he belongs in the same league.

I also think DeMuslim...his recent comeback in MLG really showed he had a lot, a lot of potential, and I think bring in Korea would really up his game

Demuslim, SlayerS house is like the Terran Academy.
|
Huk and Puma, because they will be living there full-time while the other guys will be there part-time.
|
Demuslim and Puma for sure, SlayerS has 3 of the best Ts in the world to teach them, and Puma needs some better training partners to stop his decaying of skill since he left TSL.

I'm stoked to see IdrA back in Korea, but really this is just awesome for everybody. I predict DeMuslim will make some great strides, like HuK did. He's just already so solid and that environment will hopefully push him into the next level. Besides, SlayerS Terrans are bonkers. I can't wait for more foreigners in the GSL.
hype hype hype.

-.- Seriously... first they come out with MMA Then Ganzi Then Ryung Now Taeja has like 2 GSTL ak, and wins every korean weekly like its his own cup and he's 16

If HuK is willing to do lots of practice games with the Slayers Terrans than I think they will get the most benefit from the pairing.
Ryung All: 50-40 (55.56%) vP: 13-15 (46.43%)
GanZi All: 38-30 (55.88%) vP: 4-5 (44.44%)
MMA All: 54-37 (59.34%) vP: 8-10 (44.44%)

Really hope that this partnership develops further, and that Slayers players get more opportunities to compete abroad. Just from IPL Team Arena we have seen that the Slayers roster is brimming with talent, with B-teamers all-killing strong foreign teams. I hope that these B-teamers get some opportunities as well.

The Slayers team because they will learn manners from IdrA.

This, perfectly said, everyone will improve a lot!

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned how much Idra will improve his GG timing from the SlayerS terrans, especially Boxer, who was Fantasy's mentor...
|
Yeah, definitely Demuslim since he's never experienced the full Korean style training regimen.
He's going to become a BEAST. The dude's got so much potential and Korea's really going to bring it out.
|
I would say Demuslim because the Slayers program for Terran is top notch.
|
Demuslim ofc This is an obvious answer, SlayerS has nurtured a lot of successful terrans as of today. Ganzi, Keen, MMA, Ryung, Boxer etc...
|
Demuslim will show the world what a beast he is! The Devil Terran will crush the korean ladder and show the world foreigners can compete as well :D
|
I think this would be the point where DeMusliM turns from "One of the best Terrans in Europe" to "Bonjwa" overnight. The Terran dominated Korean ladder as well as the expertise of players like BoxeR, MMA, Ryung, Dragon etc would hone his skills nicely.
DeMusliM is already at a level where he can take on Korean players. Look at what he did to Noblesse and (almost did) to NaDa at MLG Anaheim.
|
They will all benefit, but I think demuslim will the most given that he's never had the chance to train in Korea yet and Slayers has a history of producing great Terran players.
