What's not fair about it? He obviously wanted to TRY playing, why can't people atleast be happy with that!?
Everybody in the group got a win, including White-ra. Don't see the issue here.

I am not bashing him for the sake of bashing, I am stating opinion and facts - as I said, this is not his first time doing whatever he wants. Tired or not tired, there is no other player who would do that - imagine if all the koreans in MLG refuse to play their first matches, or just choose which match to play. Also there are many fans who had to stay all night just to watch him - if not for the organizers, he should have shown some respect at least to his own fans. There is another thing - if he had played the matches, it would affect the group standings - e.g if he had played his matches white-ra would have chances for the first place in the group. About the "false accusations" - I am not saying he is guilty - I am saying that this should not be left unchecked. I think that his Puma result is pretty suspicious (player who haven't been anybody strong for ages and have shown shaky results in the group 3-0s player, who is in top form, is one of the strongest even in Korea and I think his only loss from nonkorean is from Mana). He may not be guilty, but definitely there should be some sort of investigation, Esports are growing very fast, and these sort of things could damage its reputation and growth pretty badly...

Schedule is known for ages and some players forfeited their China IEM spots, because of schedule reasons. Why is Idra special?

Pizza is quite healty and low on fat (not as healty as rice, but whatever), unless you eat some kind of very oily pizza (that here are popular in the inner part of tuscany for example) or pizza full of lard, but then you shouldn't blame it on the pizza.
Maybe you're confusing it with focaccia or schiacciata (doesn't know the name of those in english sorry) that have oil in them, but pizza by itself is basically bread (with slightly less water usually and a different growing method). You got it all wrong, sorry. First of all, regular rice that you buy in the supermarket is not healthy since it's completely void of nutrients. Secondly, it's not the fat in the pizza that you should be afraid of if you wanna lose weight - it's the bread. Cut down on processed carbs, eat quality food and don't be afraid of natural fats (even saturated) and you'd be slim in no time. Fats are not what's making you fat, lol. They just happen to share similar names that's all. Sorry for OT!
Processed carbs are bad just if you have a shitty lifestyle. This conception of "carbs being bad for you" is stupid and come from a lot of misunderstandings. Do sport all the time and you see how carbs are bad for you. They are essential, just they get converted in fat if you don't consume them, but the same is true even of basic sugar, and basic sugar has the added problem that it make you more likely to develop diabetes and, ironically, make you more likely to have low blood sugar (due to insuline overproduction). Protein are also worse because of their long-term effect on the liver and on the kidneys and also because they usually come from meat, meaning heart problems and all the likes that derive from that (and Protein too get converted into fats, fun fact, everything get reprocessed as Fat if you don't burn enough calories). Fat are not considered bad per se, just that if you have problem with a sedentary life style, fat are really the last things you want to eat, and usually you never are short of fats in a westerner diet (oil and butter are everywhere). Of course, if you have an active lifestyle, even animal fats are recommended in small doses (because they improve the grow of the muscles, i'm not sure this is a real medical fact, but in the sport industry is like a mantra and you see people on the internet suggesting that all the time in BB forums).
Rice is usually considered more healty than pasta or bread because of the smaller packs of carbs they have compared to pasta, making it more easy to digest and thus lighter on the body. It isn't the base food of most athletes for a reason. I don't see how you can say "most of the rice you find is void of nutrients". I have one pack under my eyes now and it has almost the same raw values of pasta, 80 % of carbs, 5% of prot, no fat of rice against 75 % of carbs, 11% of prots, 1% of fats of pasta.
Seriously, if you consider pizza unhealty you could directly not eat anything but white rice and boiled vegetables, good job you optimized your diet but you live the shittiest life i could imagine.

Questioning IEM Guangzhou's results are kinda strange. Puma has arguably a way higher chance of beating whoever comes out of the other side of the semi's. There isn't really much value to EG in Puma ceding the match to IdrA just to put IdrA on the podium, and Puma doesn't really have the best TvZ anyway.
I'd agree that forfeiting these matches isn't really professional because after all, he's invited with the obligation to produce content (in the form of pool games) for IPL's audience. But then if his form is really of significant concern to him, then it shouldn't really matter. You might as well blame IPL for not eliminating all last placings in the pools out of the entire tournament.

Better to forfiet then loose 6 games in a row. I dont usually cheer for idra, but he looked very tiered against white-ra, and i understand his forfiet.

The only reason he wins TvPs are because of 1-1-1 or metagaming with 1-1-1 and doing a FE build. He's most probably going to get smashed by MC (and probably even by HerO before that). Yeah, he is so overrated... He only helps guys prepare for the GSL Code S Finals, helps MVP prepare for his most recent GSL match, won NASL not using the 1-1-1 once against MC when MC was arguably the best player in the world (where now he is not), beat MC again at IEM (even in a macro game!). I know that HerO is more known for his PvZ but if you have seen his stream... well, he's just an amazing player that hasn't even reached his full potential yet. Plus, both him and MC practice on KR... I think they are both capable of holding the 1/1/1. No, he was in NA for a bit before and after MLG Raleigh, but went back to Korea. And the whole time he was in NA, he was practicing on KR (he helped TOP prepare for GSL Finals at the time too). And if Thorzain can beat Hero, so can Puma. And Puma's TvP is so much more than the 1-1-1. Its pretty damn annoying to see people shit on Puma because he will use the 1-1-1 (like every other Korean Terran) sometimes. If he was on Team Liquid and not EG, people would be all over him like they are Hero (who is very good). Puma has insane multitasking and his late game is down right scary. Remember who STC said he didn't want to face in his post game interview? He said Puma. Why? Cause he is fucking good. in my opinion mc is a better player overall than puma, but i think puma's tvp is very scary... but to be honest, in the last bo3 they played puma 1-1-1'd him twice out of three games, in the 1st game he all ined twice after mc held the initial allin, and wore him down with marines. this was in the time when protoss was 100% helpless vs 1-1-1. mc even tried to hide an expo hoping puma won't notice it. not saying that these weren't legit wins, but in macro games they're very even and puma wins most of his tvp games with gimmicky all-in builds. Not really... The only all in he does in TvP is the 1-1-1. He only used the 1-1-1 once in each series vs Hasu and vs JYP and didn't drop a game to either of them.
didn't really count those matches because puma was hugely favored in both of them

Tired or not, jet lag or not, that's kinda something you have to deal with yourself. Other players are playing out their games, while you just sit back, relax, keep any strategies you have prepared for the single elimination tournament? It's just not fair, and absolutely retarded.
People have a right to be upset that idra forfeited his matches however people need to look at this in context. Almost all of Group C was decided with coin flip but no-one is bashing Select, Sleep, Thorzain or Hero. This seems to be just a case of people getting worked up because its idra.
On a related note, if the group play was more meaningful this would have been avoided. Once idra lost to White-Ra, there was no point of continuing.
