This journal is about breaking bad habits and starting a new healthy lifestyle.
Some time ago, many workout threads started popping up on TL.net. This rised my curiosity and i started looking for a program routine on the web.
I found a program that last 90 days mixing a diet and a 6days/weekly routine. I decided to do it, thinking i have nothing to loose.
Today i reached my 30th day, it's the first achievement and i'm quiet pleased. It's also the day where i can see my improvements from Day1.
Nutrition wise, i eat 5x a day. Focus is on protein, veggies, fruits, not that much of carbs. That's basiclly it, it's healthy and i can eat plenty. Note, i wanted this to be a lifestyle change, so i didn't limit myself to a certain amount of kcal a day. I ate untill i was not hungry anymore, that's the difference with eating untill you are full. Results: 4,5kg - 10 lbs lost in 30 days.
About the workout. It's damn hard. 3x Cardio 3x Body Sculpt. 1 Rest day. I like it a lot, it's serious and i can see improvements in strength. It focus on a lot of pushups and body strength. The rest are dumbbels exercices.
Cardio, mainly aerobics with a bunch of power yoga, kickboxing and crunches.

Can you post your workout routine more detailed? 30 days man? The results looks so good for just 1 month! Im very interested on what are you doing...
And congratz for being consistent.

p90x? it's an amazing program if you stick with it... pretty much showed me how horribly inefficient i was being at the gym. i'm on week 11 right now, about to finish my first round. the workouts get a lot easier (and you will start to see better results in your pics) once you get to phase 3. good luck!

Not too bad.
Nutrition is good... don't want to starve yourself.
Likely would do better with heavy weights though

I'm doing this in my room it doesn't really require space. 2/3 m² is enough
