The tank buff is nice to deal with some all in in TvZ and will allow to not have some silly losses in TvT but beside that it does nothing.
Loving the seeker revert tho. 75 energy on old seeker missile is god like. So godlike I guess it will be nerfed.
Medivac upgrade doesn't increase healing, but what does it do then now ?
+25 Energy? :c Tank buff will save me from those random games where I forget to upgrade siege.. but it does let you get out one extra tank because you saved money! :D

Wtf, this patch makes no sense. David Kim's ""Thoughts on Balance Update #2" have better give a clear explanation.

Sigh..every time I am excited for the patch notes to see if they are going to nerf widow mines so that they don't nullify mutas, but every time I am disappointed. Widow mines right now are the only reason I am not playing the game :/.
These patch notes are getting more and more disappointing because they are just making it more clear that blizzard has no idea what they are doing.
Holy crap the patch notes are no joke. The Hellbat does 18 damage straight up, 30 vs light, no upgrade required. Thats pure non-sense.
And the HSM is not a range 10, AOE py-storm with a 5 second delay. 100 damage straight to your face for 75 E-straight up. Welcome to the club terrans! As a protoss, I feel you will enjoy these new long range AOE dealing machines.
And now reapers are jerks that do no damage, but they are freaking fast.

Wow, no research requirement for sieging. Now, that is just wrong; there are just some things that should not be changed about Starcraft. I respect Blizzard's thoughts on trying to make it different, but this will not change anything other some early timings. Tanks were already meh in SC2, but, with the removal of the research requirement, they are just another unit. I can not fully describe how absurd this change is.
Glad the HSM splash is back, though. They should have never removed it. I would like for it to be microable against, though. I understand you can theoretically stop it before it shoots, but after it shoots, it is basically a sure hit. Time warp seems better on Mothership. The less spheres clogging up the already saturated screen the better.
I would love to sit in on Blizzard team meetings to hear what they talk about and how they come to these conclusions.
