Next, Lurker lynch v.s. no lynch. Although I would definately prefer it if we could find scum through analysis, if we cannot find any decent targert, I would definately prefer lynching a lurker vs a no lynch, simply because lurking is anti-town, and scum have a tendancy to lurk. I dont have the time right now to take a proper look at the thread (have taken a quick glance) and thus will not comment on what has happened till tomorrow where I will read through it properly. Have also played one game on TL, Newbie Mini Mafia III. Played pretty horribly in it though =( Will try to do much better this game. On that note, to the first time players, dont be afraid to voice out your opinions, and try to sound confident. Made the retarded mistake of being kind of scared of posting "scummy" things in that game after being called out and helped bury myself with my overly apologetic attitude and weak stance in the first day. Remember, as town one of our main aims is to establish our innocence - and the best way to do so is simply to take an active role in the thread - pushing your own reads and being confident in your own abilities. Give off the impression of being fearless, not the impression of being afraid and that you have something to hide. | ||

Now onto my reads. As with everyone, I believe gumshoe is somewhat suspisious with his posting. However, he gives off vibes of newb townie to me. Even though the logic for his poll has been .... wierd, it does seem more like newb townie attempting a plan which he thinks might work. I mean, if he were scum, his scumbuddies would (probably) not allow him to do something like this. Of course he could be scum playing the newb card, though i doubt it. Having said that, I think that his play is really hurting town, and he needs to set up. Also stop emphasisng that you are new, we all know that by now, and emphasising your newbness will not help us. MannerKiss is another player that everyone seems suspisious of. I guess that his 1st post was just a joke, but his reads are basically nothing new. Need to see him contribute more before giving I can get a solid read on him, as he could easily be either busy townie or lurking mafia. Of course this also applies to the other lurkers - post more please. I am null on MidnightGladius for now. His posts have been related to the setup as mentioned, but he did seem to focus alot on the setup in Newbie Mini Mafia III too. Could go either way for now. Next up the list of suspicious people is DimmuKlok. His scum reads are basically Mannerkiss & Gumshoe - easy targerts. He is also sheepish, quickly changing his stance on lurker lynching. Also doesnt help that he is lurking, and as with MK, he needs to post more. Ill be keeping an eye on him. Now onto one of my prime suspects. I believe that EchelonTee is mafia. What first caught my eye is this: If sloosh doesnt post within 12-24 hours, I'm going to presume that it's because he was busy posting in scum QT. What is the motivation for a townie to post this? He states that he wanted sloosh to post, but this seems like he is trying to throw some suspision onto him. Besides, why sloosh? At that point a large portion of the players had not even posted yet, yet of all of them he targert sloosh. Again, what is his motivation for wanting to call out sloosh in this way? He believes that sloosh is a good player and thus wants to discredit him by planting seeds of doubts in the minds of other players. He later proceeds to get into an agurment with sloosh. Here, his attitude seems to be really defensive. As sloosh has already mentioned, this statement below is really defensive. Did I accuse you of being Mafia? don't twist my words. He than goes on to FOS DimmuKlok, but never actually follows up on it. In fact, he goes ahead to vote MG around 20 minutes later with no reasoning at all whatsoever. Note that he never mentions MG at all throughout his entire filter but simply jumps onto him upon seeing jaj's case on him. I believe that EchelonTee is scum. ##vote: EchelonTee | ||

Since ET is at the top of your list, could you vote for him? I see no point in you holding your vote like this. @DoYouHas, who do you think we should lynch? As for gumshoe, I agree with your read on him - I just dont feel that the scum team will let him post like that. Maybe im missing something here, but assuming that gumshoe is town, I dont really think your list of those who had attacked and supported him is very useful at all. I believe that both townies and scum have motivations to attack or support him. | ||

For the lynch today, my prime targert is ofc ET, with reasons stated in my case on him. Assuming we cannot get a majority on him, ill be fine with a mannerkiss lynch unless he starts posting quality stuff. Dimmuklok I am unsure on - will reread his filter again tomorrow before lynch before I make up my mind. I dont feel that MG or gumshoe is scum, and thus dont want to lynch them. Night. | ||

Now onto MidnightGladius. I do not believe that he is mafia. He seems to be playing really similiar to NMMIII, where he (on day 1 at least) constantly posts fluff and speculates on the setup. However, ET raises some good points against MG, and I would like to see his responses especially to the "scumslip" raised by ET. I am not willing to lynch him for now. slOosh and DYH attacking each other is .... interesting. The seeming lack of sloosh explaining his own views in indeed suspisious. He has posted a case on DYH - but only after being called out. The fact that it seems like an OMGUS doesnt exactly help either. However, his case on DYH is pretty good imo. I have no idea why DYH would want to advocate a no lynch this late. The way he phrases that post seems to give off the feel that he doesnt care much about the lynch. This feels really scummy and the fact that he isnt pushing any reads and is even fine with a no lynch - which he has stated against. Whats with the sudden change in attitude DYH? I think that DYH has a really good chance of flipping scum. With that, I believe that DYH might be our best lynch for today. Although sl0osh seems somewhat suspisious, I believe that DYH is actually a better lynch due to his nonchalant attitude. ##Unvote ##Vote: DoYouHas | ||

Guys if you are here, please chime in. Dont bring up new candidates please. Also, those on gumshoe should switch since it seems like he wont be lynched if you are here. Its going to be hard to achieve a majority and we need every single one of you here, and if you are, vote for one of the four NOW. | ||

DoYouHas - His nonchalant attitude before the lynch really surprises me. Although jaj does raise a valid point about how difficult a decision it might have been for him, what i find really scummy about it is the wording of his last post. I am not comfortable lynching Midnight, ET, or Dimmuklok. A no lynch is preferable to me at this point. If I have not been convincing enough with my case against sl0osh, so be it. Find the majority without me. On a side note it doesn't look like Zbot recorded either my vote or Mattchew's. ##Vote sl0osh I find it pretty wierd that he is advocating the no lynch, and the "find the majority without me" just feels like he doesnt care about what happens with the lynch. I am pretty suspisious of him right now. He has plenty of time to redeem himself in my eyes though. Mattchew - MannerKiss with all that lurking was already suspisious enough, and u add on to it by just coming in, dumping a sheep vote, calling out gum for a scumslip (You dont even bother pointing it out), before dissapearing at the most crucial time of the day. This reeks scum to me. I'll be rereading the thread in a while, but these are my suspisions for now. Gumshoe deserves a honorable mention in here for his sudden disappearance during lynch time after being by far the most active throughout the day. Still think that he is probably town though. | ||
