You get: Some flattened dough (like the squares they make puff pastry with) Some goatcheese and a leek
Cut up the dough squares diagonally in half (triangles), put a slice of goatcheese on it and a chop of leek. Fold double into another (halfsize) triangle. Close the sides by rolling the dough up. Make sure it's like air tight or shit'll start leaking.
When you've made a stack sprinkle with sugar. Get some hot water from the tap and kinda smear it over the sugar so that it disolves a bit and each triangle gets a sort of sugar/water coating.
Put in the oven for about 25 minutes The sugarwater should caramelize so it'll become black. Doesn't mean it's burned dw Oven heat should be around 220° C
Get them out after 25 mins or so sprinkle with honey serve as appetizer
You will need - 8 Shanks - 2 Leeks - 2 Onions and 4 Shallots - Sage and thyme - Bottle of red wine - Potatoes - Corn flour or flour - Large pot and large roasting tray - Tin foil and plastic bag
How to make Firstly turn oven on to 160°C or 320°F. Take the 8 shanks and put them in a plastic bag, put some corn flour or flour into the bag and shake until shanks are covered. Take shanks out and put into a hot pan to sear them off making sure you don’t overcook the shanks, when ready place the shanks into the large roasting pan. Next add the diced up leeks/onions/shallots along with the herbs into the pan the shanks were in and cook until soft, when ready pour what you have into the pan with the shanks. Next add 500ml of red wine and 1L of beef stock with 2 teaspoons of flour into the pan to warm up the stock and gather the flavor off the bottom of the pan. When ready, add this mixture into the large tray. The shanks should just stick out above the liquid level. Put tin foil over the top of the tray and place into the preheated oven, Turing every half hour with a total cooking time of two and a half hours. In the last half hour of cooking make some mash potato to serve along side the shanks. Enjoy!

I don't like the location of the finals. It screws over a lot of the dedicated Korean fans, though on the other hand, I'm not sure how many Koreans would take the trip to see another Flash vs JD finals.
Being in Mainland China means that Korean citizens will need to acquire a Visa in order to see the finals. If it were in Hong Kong or Macau instead, they wouldn't need a Visa and could get in with just their passport.
I can see why they would hold the finals in China given how many people attended the last WCG. But if I was a Korean fan I would be pissed, but then again if they (for whatever reason) decided they would hold the finals in Australia (more like Melbourne) I wouldn't complain lol. So I guess it's quite a treat for the Chinese.
The Bronze thread was just hilarious, also nice pick for VOD of the week.
