GENERAL INFO
In this post I will mention general information regarding streaming the Coach-Pupil League matches, also the requirements, rules and the minimum setup that we will be using in the settings for Camtasia, Flash Media Live Encoder and Procaster.
Software used:
- Camtasia 5.0.2
ftp.techsmith.com/Pub/products/camtasiastudio/enu/502
pm me to send you my key - Flash Media Live Encoder 3.0

If you have downloaded an adobe product before just use your email adress and password, if not just set up a quick account for download. - x264 Codec rev. 1360*

http://www.prnwatch.com/download.html
This program allows you to save the priority settings and affinity settings so you dont have to be changing this over and over again every time you open the programs. It is the last one on the list. - Procaster**

I remember somebody mentioning that it was not necessary to download this codec, because FMLE has the h264 codec installed. You can download it if you want. I have it installed and configured so its your call.

As far as I know the only way you can Stream with ProCaster is playing Starcraft in window mode. If you have it in full screen then you will have the problems with the colors
I created a calendar in which I will add the matches that can be streamed. If you have gmail you can access the calendar yourself through google calendar. In any case you can access the calendar via your browser using this link:
http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=qv0atsr1a464r7162cfdsvsqh8@group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/New_York
I will add all your emails to my calendar so you will get a notification in your mail about an upcoming match.
You are going to choose if you are able to stream it or not by selecting that you are going to attend to that event or not and then I will add you to that particular stream.
I expect it to be several matches in one day so if several streamers are available that day I will set them up for each match.
If there is still more streamers than matches then we will decide who will stream that particular game.
If you said that you are going to stream a match and you were selected to do it then you MUST be on the channel at least 30 minutes before the match. I will ask the players to be there as well at that time so you can make a test match to make sure the game is not going to lag, this is very important, so when you say you are able to go at a specific time you must be sure you can do it 30 minutes before the due time.
After we decide who will stream a specific game I will tell that person to which Channel he is going to Stream to. Those are the links that you will copy/paste in Flash Media Live Encoder FMS link option, depending on which channel are you going to stream.
The FMS links to stream are:

REQUIREMENTS
To be part of the stream members you need to have the following:
- An upload speed of more than 0.5Mb/s, you can check your speed at www.speedtest.net.
- At least 2GB ram if you are using FMLE because enconding live takes a lot of resources.
- You need to create an Iccup account with the [Stream] or [S] Tag on it.
This is 100% necessary because we need to differentiate you from the players of the game that you are streaming so that there is no problem in letting you enter as an observer in to the game.
The rules of the CPL laid down by l10f say that only Admins - Coaches - Streamers can enter a game to observe, so if you dont have the [Stream] or [S] tag we will not know you are a streamer and thus we will not allow you to enter a game.
You can create several accounts on iccup with the same email if you have a gmail account. Just add a dot on it, ie.: graptorx@gmail.com --> g.raptorx@gmail.com --> gr.aptorx@gmail.com... with this I can setup 3 accounts in Iccup, because gmail removes the dots and send the mails to your main account. - I need you to make a post here confirming that you are willing/able to stream in general, so I can make notes of who can and who cant. Note that later on you will have to confirm for each event individually.
SETTINGS
I will post the settings that I found worked best for me. This is just for you to have an idea of what is the minimum quality settings for each program, but of course if you have already experience with the programs and have better settings then just use the ones you have. Also experimenting is very good, you can use my settings and try to make them better.

You can put higher settings if course but the limit is a total of 500kbps, since you have to have a premium account in livestream to get more than that.

I found out that putting the channel in mono fixes the issue that you can only hear the sound of certain units and not others during streaming. I think that issue is due to Stereo sending 2 channels but livestream only getting 1.
