I don't understand why this guy got temp banned. It's not really a balance complaint? I mean the sc2 matchups still fluctuate so much and it's pretty common for them to be tilted in such a way that all in's are the best way to consistently win games, so if he by 'straight up' means just macroing and going for the big engagements then there are definitely cases where that isn't a viable option in a matchup.
But that doesn't mean that the matchup is imbalanced, it could just mean that it has to be played in a different way than 'straight up'. That was definitely the case with ZvP a while back when the death ball colo/void play was destroying everything, and is arguably the case in current PvZ. In current TvP, I definitely feel more scared on my protoss favorite's behalf when I see the t go 1/1/1 or some other strong timing than seeing them macro up at the moment.

The wording was a balance whine its against LR rules. There might be more reasons for the mod decisions like posting history etc etc. Either way you don't generally address this kind of thing on the forums in this way you PM a mod or go to the appropriate thread.
