It's a strategic element which I find really adds to the dynamic of SC2. Slightly overpowered on Entombed, but Zerg's today have shown you can kinda defend against it.

Barracks placed down at the natural for aLive on 11. Zenio droning up to 15, going for a Hatchery first. Second Barracks placed down on 13 for aLive. Spawning Pool down on 15 for Zenio. First marine is on the way as second barracks finishes up. Still no gas coming in for Zenio, 6 zerglings produced immediately. aLive is sending some more SCVs. Zenio throws donw a spine crawler on the natural. More zerglings pop out for Zenio as the Bunker on the lowground finishes up. Barracks on the high ground is not going to go up. THe bunker on the high ground does go up, but is taken down immediately. More Marines rallying in. 10.00 THe bunker on the high ground goes down, and Zenio uproots his Spine to reposition! The Zerglings aren't able to take out the Spine, but the bunker does finish up, and some marines make it into the main of Zenio, able to take out many drones.
Both bunkers are salvaged as the last of aLive's Marines go down. Command Center on the natural of aLive finishes up, two more Barracks on the way.
Zerglings from Zenio try to do some damage, but aLive pulls off some SCV's and easily holds them off. Third CC on the way. Combat Shields and a Bunker goes down at the natural for aLive.
Another Spine Crawler placed down for Zenio, feeling unsafe. Zenio starts taking out the rocks to his third.
Macro Hatchery goes down for Zenio as aLive wants to move out with marines and amarauder. Stim research started.
15.00 aLive pushes in with his small army, Spines are going down but aLive makes it into the main, Queens from Zenio go down at the ramp to the main, but as a bunch of Zerglings pop out, the push is cleaned up.
Starport is up, a Factory is added on, and 1/1 is about to finish up for aLive. 1/1 started for Zenio as Infestation Pit starts.
The rocks to aLive's third is going down. Pathogen Glands started, Zenio trying to take a third.
Armory added on for aLive as he takes the two geysers on his third. Siege tech started, aLive going for a double drop on the natural and third.
Zerglings are starting to take out the rocks to the fourth for Zenio. Both drops from aLive are taken out, but aLive sends some marines around to take out some creep tumors. A handful of marines are taken out. A drop in the main manages to take out a Queen.
20.00 aLive keeps trying to drop around as 2/2 and +1 mech is started. Turrets going up. 2/2 is on the way for Zenio too as Hive tech is started.
Zenio trying to take a fourth in the bottom middle expansion. Spire is placed down for Zenio, Burrow research started.
ANother CC on the way for aLive. HUGE fungal goes down on a big group of Marines for Zenio, but a couple infestors go down to Siege tanks.
ultralisk Cavern placed down for Zenio 3/3 started for aLive.
Baneling Speed coming in for Zenio. Another drop in the main of Zenio is taking out the macro hatchery. Huge push from aLive takes out the fourth of Zenio. Zenio tries to charge in with infestors and zerglings, but it's thwarted as the Infestors don't have enough energy, and aLive has nice stutter step.
Huge wave of reinforcements move in from aLive. A group of marines run into the natural of Zenio but are stopped by nice fungals. 3/3 is on the way for both players. First Ultralisks pop, but are quickly taken down by marines and siege tanks.
GG is called! aLive takes the game and ties the score at 1-1.

Was Zenio missing a lot of injects? By the game situation it seemed like he didn't have that much stuff

That was a very meh game. Zenio was behind the entire time, and made some weird decisions when pushing into the army of aLive.

Oops, I meant drop defense, not harass. Zenio is one of the few zerg I've seen that can consistently defend against drops well, and this is without Muta's. The other is Stephano.
