Quarterfinal #4, Game 3 (CLG.EU v. Team WE) at 19:24 on the game clock – WE WeiXiao looked up at the venue screen. Practical benefits to Team WE were limited - Corki’s moves after WeiXiao’s look would have been logical, whether he saw Sona’s position on the venue screens or not. We have determined this to be unsportsmanlike and have issued a warning. As for Chaox whining that's Chaox. Regi and TOO have said they wanted the tournament to go on even before Riot decided to fine Frost. | ||

 I think the fine works out well - bearing in mind how much higher it is than professional sports fines for way worse things, and as long as it doesn't scale. I notice it's 8.10 and the game pre-amble is just beginning...guess I need to go to work  | ||
