When $1 million dollars is on the line, and cheating can give you an advantage, why wouldn't you cheat for 20% of that? That 20% would only get deducted if you get caught. This is a clear message to competitors they should try to cheat. Massive advantages if they don't get caught, monetary deduction if they get caught. There's no downside. | ||
