I'm totally listening to that song right now because of you Ace, thanks.
Also wtf yeah gumshoe why were you so harsh? o-O I was merely asking why you were pushing for people to specifically mason you when they didn't know who to mason, instead of their most town read for example. I have no idea why you would react that harshly towards me because of such a simple question. >_<;;
Also I never said Rayn was my scummiest read. I just found his play very weird and wanted to get a better understanding of why he did certain actions because I would not have done so in his position if I was town.
Also please don't be a hypocrite. Telling me that calling townies bad (I said he was either really good scum or a bad townie) when you literally say "as scum or town you are the worst kind of player" and you're the one saying "pretty much extrapolates my being incompetent from a single thing that they personally didn't like or found distasteful." I never said you're incompetent or even remotely hinted at it, I merely asked you a question.
No I don't have a case against you, I was never trying to make one. Why the hell are you putting quotes around something I never /ever/ said?? I NEVER said I didn't like you, I NEVER said you had no mason buddies. What the fuck. I never wasted space posting this, I spend 2 lines asking you a question, and now you flipped your shit at me...
What I'm saying with the VE lynch was that 1. VE did not try to kill himself (duh) he was just picking MZ over Sloosh, 2. knolly probably didn't know that VE changed his vote that late (I didn't see your post when I posted mine and even refreshed after) so I don't think it was to kill VE. Last minute votes are always going to be heavily scrutinized and that's about the stupidest way you could try to kill day vigi as scum. (Personally I'd probably just AFK after the claim so I didn't have to change my vote from VE, or after enough momentum builds on MZ come in and say oh no guys we can't lynch VE #unvote)
Again I don't know why you have so much disdain for me for the 2 lines of text I wrote, as a question, directed to you. D: There's no reason for this kind of language "want me to respond to some idiotic far fetched idea of yours" and assume all this shit when I was just asking a question. Holy shit.
"Other wise give your posts to somebody who actually knows whats going on, cause you clearly dont." "but please for the love of Palmer stop calling people who you think are townie bad, you damage him and yourself when you do so and you risk more worthless posts."
Are you fucking serious gumshoe? I would like an apology for your hypocritical ass.
And yes, this post is mostly fluff and directed at gumshoe because I am slightly emotionally distraught at this shit. It's been a while since I've played mafia, I come back and some guy calls me completely fucking useless from 3 posts and a question I directed at him. I'm not going to use up 10 posts tonight, so yes I am going to use 10% of my posts to talk to you gumshoe because as a human being you have upset me. >_>

but your right, I was a bit harsh ) : even if your scum, that wasn't nice. I sincerely apologize to you, as one human being to another. Your not useless or a character assassin ) :

Im glad to waste a couple posts in apology ) : my usual response to a trace of personal aggression IS TO UNLEASH VERBAL HELL, not a good defence mechanism, I did the same thing to a guy called Fuba in Basterd, lucky enough for me he was actually scum so I didn't have to feel nearly as bad as I do now.
sorry again you had to be on the receiving end of that bit of ugliness.
Also not gonna lie, I can be wasteful right about now cause theres literally no reason we shouldn't lynch Knolly tommorow, he still hasnt come in and adressed what I've said so far. One post left, I'll save it in case I crack the entire case wide open or something

I believe that you are on to something. I have a hypothesis that part of the mafia agenda this game is to label veteran players as new players and label new players as veterans. This way the new players don't listen to the veterans and they have excuses to kill the new players for playing below the standards of a veteran player. I totally agreed on the language issue too. However, I have noticed that you used the s-word, the f-word, and the a-word. I will like to give you encouragement in order to resist the urge to counteract their abuse of the English language with the very same flaws they adhere to. Yes, ending the sentence with a preposition will be an excellent counter. I congratulate you on the exquisite use of Palmar. The love of Palmar will surely pull on the heart strings of your opponent.
I know your upset, but you have to remember to stay calm. I have been dealing with him in PMs for quite some time now. His obsession of me is greater than you can understand. He loves calling me a traitor. His attraction to the traitor role seems to be no bound. If you really want to make him happy, let him know how much you think he is mafia. Inform him that regardless of his alignment that you still love him despite how much he upsets you. Gumshoe, I am sure, deep down inside cares about you. Sometimes a role can blind a man and sometimes ignorance of a role blinds him.

Hey I'm totally investigating Ace... can I get a confirmed townie circlejerk up in this bitch?

yea ill investigate meapak, hypo cop go

Yay. *hugs* I'll comply with your SnB question then gumshoe.
"If you want to be useful answer me this, What do you think of S@B and his post flip distinction of those who voted because of Ve's claim and those who voted in spite of it (him being in this second category which is supposedly less bad according to him)
Uhm, I read SnB's post regarding his vote on VE. It didn't make a lot of sense to me... I would've accepted I was "busy" with my girlfriend and didn't check the thread before lynch. But instead he sticks to saying he wants to lynch VE, and claiming didn't change that. I mean, wat? -> "I mean, I don't think his claim was a good reason to not lynch him. Claiming is just something that VE does, it's not a reason that he's scum. "
@SnB - So uh, did you want to lynch VE or not after knowing he claimed? xD
gum I would say SnB looks scummy if he's had a record of playing some games (I don't like passing judgement on weird behavior if it's new players or chez). I didn't really get any content out of his posts, like pointing out Ace policy lynching. Felt like he got suspected, backed off, got some people back on his side, and then went back to his old ways.

I don't have time to parse through the game right now and update my reads any more than I have now, so I'll just lay it out and hope they are useful if I get shot.
Sloosh is looking many times worse after I left the thread. He is more than capable of solid analysis as a town player, yet has contributed very little that I would call meaningful. Watch him day 2, and if he doesn't improve, lynch him.
MZ and Ace are also two people who could post useful things but don't. Kill them, too.
If I'm alive tomorrow, expect a refreshed look at the game a short time after the daypost. Until then, adieu.

That's a really pro list malongo, thanks a lot for posting it, it really gave me a good read on you and assured me you are town.

I'm going to post my scumreads. I'll decide later if I want to post my null reads. I probably won't post my town reads.
Proposed Scum: slOosh kholly layabout Malongo
I'm going to start with slOosh because he is the person that holds this proposed scumteam together. Most of my analysis will focus on the concrete information obtained from the last few hours of Day 1 regarding votes.
slOosh: slOosh never bothered to defend himself when he was faced with an imminent lynch. Many people came to his defense(me included), with little reasoning to justify his survival. slOosh is a borderline lurker and all he has ever done this game is defend himself. There is absolutely no scumhunting in his filter, just see for yourself.
kholly: I think kholly was a significant part of the reason why VE got lynched. By unvoting and voting repeatedly, he confused everyone who was trying to figure out the vote count. He was the only person to waffle between a MZ lynch and VE lynch, indicating that he was apathetic between them.
To top it all off, kholly also happens to have a terrible list of proposed scum in: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=414884¤tpage=14#267
He never pushes his reads either. If he truly believed these people were scum, as his filter indicates, why didn't he ever try to get them lynched?
layabout: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=414884¤tpage=14#266 Doesn't think we should share who we pm. Sounds like he is in favor of withholding information. Wants to kill Vayne because he doesn't use pms. Terrible reasoning. As I mentioned before, Vayne is stating an opinion that he expressed during pre-game. Why should that be alignment-indicative at all?
Defends Malongo, attacks VE http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=414884¤tpage=19#364
Says he wants to lynch Vivax, but never follows up http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=414884¤tpage=19#379
Overall goal seems to be to keep slOosh alive. I think that if slOosh flips mafia, this guy should be our #1 target.
Malongo: Malongo is inexorably linked to each one of these guys. I have a feeling that because VE tried to attack Malongo, scum decided VE needed to die. All of the above players ganged up on VE in order to push attention away from Malongo.
When push came to shove and VE claimed, these guys decided they should hop on another town wagon to keep slOosh alive. They see Mr. Wiggles voting Mz and decide that he would be an easy target to justify a lynch on.
Note that NONE of these players ever gave a good reason why they thought slOosh was innocent. They barely even talked about slOosh. Why did they vote MZ instead of slOosh if they could never provide a legitimate reason why slOosh wasn't mafia? Consider that voting slOosh would guarantee VE's survival, whereas a vote on MZ was not likely to go through. They would have to be very certain of slOosh's alignment in order to adequately justify voting for MZ, considering the situation.
If they actually wanted to save VE, they would have voted slOosh. Why didn't they?
If slOosh is in fact mafia, this indicates that they are avoiding interacting with their teammates to prevent links being formed between each other.
I think the most critical person to lynch in Day 2 is slOosh. With his alignment, we get a plethora of information about numerous people and the chances of him flipping scum are quite high.

I'm curious, Firm, why slOosh is now a solid scumread when yesterday, based on the same filter, you called him townie and said he was a much worse lynch than VE (before you decided VE was a bad lynch after all)

He calmly defended himself and told me PMs were a matter of opinion, which is exactly what I wanted to hear. 2) He was a much worse lynch than VE for the majority of the day based on the information we knew. When VE claimed and said he could not nuke to prove his claim, I had to switch my position on the lynch. His claim moved him into a situation where it was 50/50 whether he was lying. The only difference was that we could use him to kill a potential lurker. If he didn't kill who we wanted him to, we could always lynch him on those grounds. 3) slOosh was defending me in times where I was facing a lot of heat. This made me think he was town because scum would have little to no reason to defend me. They would rather stay in the sidelines and watch the whole argument between DrH and I take it's own course.
I have since reversed my position based on how the votes ended up. The votes are concrete evidence that we can work with so I would rather base my reads off of them than just Day 1 speculations.
