He did some blatantly illegal stuff (giving alcohol to a minor), some borderline illegal stuff (getting grabby with Mia when she was obviously uncomfortable with it), some stuff that simply should not be mentioned (talking about his friend's suicide with 10k people who doesn't know), broke the stream rules (some of the above + showing his income page) all while his friends were around him pouring him drinks and allowing his stream to continue when it shouldn't have and he was not capable of making the proper decision.
Destiny doesn't have the highest level control to be worth it for any team to keep him under their banner if he is pulling stuff like this. In the next few days expect to see an apology from him, after which he is going to be praying that Quantic keeps him on. It is very possible that he just ruined his SC2 career, or at least forced himself to continue on team-less considering no team would want a player who can't handle himself at home on his stream.
All the people who think this was all in good fun and everyone is overblowing the situation are idiots, plain and simple. E-Sports survives, like everything, on money. If this is a common and not serious event in E-Sports then why would Razer want their products to be associated with this? why would IGN want to be holding their own league? why would anyone want to be associated through sponsorship with any of this. If you think this is okay then you have absolutely no understanding about the inner workings of E-Sports or anything else past your college dorm.
TLDR
Destiny got way to drunk and got beyond a point of having any grasp on the situation, all of the people who were there with him should have recognized that Destiny was being incredibly self-destructive and should have shut down his stream.
If E-Sports is going to grow or even just sustain it needs continued/increased sponsorships, and in order for this to happen the behaviour on Destiny's stream needs to be treated as completely unacceptable.Destiny got his stream banned and will most likely be getting stern talking to by Quantic.
Destiny's behaviour and all the people who think it is ok, even if their approval is from their college "bro" mentality and their complete and utter ignorance of even the most basic inner workings of E-Sports, are killing E-Sports Yeah.... no. Sorry, but you are overreacting :/ E-Sports doesn't give a fuck about what happened tonight. Destiny's carrier will stay on the same track that is has been on prior to this "incident"...

Destiny was also quite remorseful of his drunkeness, no one can say he wasn't. I could see his imbroglio, I could SEE that he didn't want to get drunk out of his wits, but he just couldn't resist. Do you even realize the point you're arguing? That's like saying women shouldn't take self-defense classes because they shouldn't have to act a certain way to defend themselves if they get into trouble. Nobody was there making her sit there, if she was bothered by it she would have said or done something about it. It's just common sense.
Similarly, I'm pretty sure nobody made you sit there and watch the stream. So you're either a troll, or you weren't bothered by watching his stream as much as you let on.

depending on how high you guys are gonna hype this up, destiny will get punished for it.
if you talk sponsers, e-sports and all that, think: Sponsors are gonna look at the response from the community.
Warnings should be spoken out! No doubt! but this is no reason to bring up the already often mentioned "shitstorm".
Bad decisions happen, let us just be forgiving for now, until the guy can think strait again, ok?

It's silly to talk about how Destiny should conduct his life, there's no point to discuss it here. All the talk about "sexual harassment" and "giving alcohol to a minor" etc... that's way outside the jurisdiction of this forum. Here's what matters (IMHO of course):
In the end there is one person responsible for what appears on Destiny's stream, and that is Steven Bonnell II, and IMHO the content on that stream isn't worthy of being listed in the featured progamer live stream list on TL.

Consent to sitting on ones lap =/= consent to fondling her breasts, even if I'm watching a movie with a girl on my lap it doesn't mean she's allowing me to touch her(sexually). I wanted to stop arguing but this is just disgusting. What do you people think of women?

Bullshit she can. She didn't say no to it, so she cant sue him for anything because she gave consent. What would this world be like if people did something you make it look like you are ok with it but then just sue them the day after? I mean, do you realize how dumb this would be?

Are you kidding me? Are you actually a social reject that has never gone out with a girl before? If a girl lets you touch her, it means she doesnt have a problem with it. shes not gonna say "OMG YES TOUCH ME MORE" (some might but thats no a requirement) you try, if she says no - you know that its not ok for here, if she doesnt say no you know that it is ok for here. that is how this world works, might wanna get outside a bit more and meet some girls because you have a very screwed perception of the world tbh.

I`m sorry were we watching the same stream? She didn`t seem so uptight about it like you seem to be. She is an adult she can handle herself. If she was really bothered she would have slapped the shit out of him like most girls and left.

"IT'S OVER 9000!"
In all seriousness, I'm glad that there are some people in the community that don't feel the need to blow every little thing out of proportion, without realizing that it could actually affect a person's career, simply because they crave drama. Everyone else....I am disappoint.

People saying it's not his fault he did all of this because he was drunk are the kind of people I hate in life. After he's drunk, sure, he's no longer in control of his actions. What he should be held accountable for is deciding to get drunk with the stream on. Being drunk doesn't get you a get out of jail free pass.
