From what I got over the past few hours.
Destiny was going to stay and practice for HSC while everyone else was going to head out to do karaoke. Everyone decided to stay back instead since Destiny was and they all started drinking. They poured him cups, not shots, and intentionally got him pretty shitfaced. He even said he doesn't drink much but they insisted the entire time. Destiny is a big boy who can make big boy decisions, yea, but honestly they had him drinking much more than any of them were. I think the people that were there with him acted pretty irresponsibly with Destiny and should have intervened much sooner as they could clearly see he was emberrassing himself in front of thousands of viewers..

So, let's assume you touch someone and they don't let you know that they dislike it. You keep going because you are assuming that they are ok with it. It dose not have to make sense... The scenario you are describing has happend before. I think its a bit of a stretch to call anything Steven did sexual harrasment or anything like that, but i know people have got in trouble for stuff like that.

We can go down a whole host of similar problems, but the main idea is that I can make you consent to everything without your own knowledge.
Now, we can talk about less extreme example of a Catch 22. Both options are bad, but because of the nature of the problem, you have to deal with it. However, that doesn't mean you actually consent to either options, only that you tolerate one of them more than the other. We can say that toleration means ''how much of something that one does not desire can be taken by that person' which is somewhat convoluted, so you're going to have to read that multiple times  .
So, for a definition of something, we need something that has less loopholes than your statement (we can also say yours is wrong because of Ockham's Razor). It should be simple and concise, and also give a valid premise.
The definition of consent, a definition that has even less loopholes than your own and is rather simple: "the action of willingly acknowledging another action."

So let's assume you walk around the street walking up to people and touching them. They tell you to stop so you do, but since they waited to tell you to stop they were obviously ok with the initial touch right?
There is a difference between whatever dumb ass reason you are actually talking about and real legal implications of consent. She definitely did not give express consent and implied consent is 1) hard to prove in court period and 2) she was clearly not implying to be enjoying it on the stream
The idea that "it is ok until they say stop" is retard and completely ignorant of laws regarding consent. Once you get to interacting with a person on the personal level it is more like "it is not ok until they say go", with a general societal acceptance for some base line things.
