Seriously, the people who say that Destiny is ruining e-sports because of this have no sense of reality. The whole "situation", if you'd like to call it that, is a non-issue and it's just another excuse for people to hate destiny to make more hate threads to try and get his stream closed. In reality, however, all that transpired tonight was him doing what he's payed to do - entertain. In my opinion, the biggest upset of tonight was him not being able to practice for that tournament.

Destiny got his stream banned and will most likely be getting stern talking to by Quantic.
He did some blatantly illegal stuff (giving alcohol to a minor), some borderline illegal stuff (getting grabby with Mia when she was obviously uncomfortable with it), some stuff that simply should not be mentioned (talking about his friend's suicide with 10k people who doesn't know), broke the stream rules (some of the above + showing his income page) all while his friends were around him pouring him drinks and allowing his stream to continue when it shouldn't have and he was not capable of making the proper decision.
Destiny doesn't have the highest level control to be worth it for any team to keep him under their banner if he is pulling stuff like this. In the next few days expect to see an apology from him, after which he is going to be praying that Quantic keeps him on. It is very possible that he just ruined his SC2 career, or at least forced himself to continue on team-less considering no team would want a player who can't handle himself at home on his stream.
All the people who think this was all in good fun and everyone is overblowing the situation are idiots, plain and simple. E-Sports survives, like everything, on money. If this is a common and not serious event in E-Sports then why would Razer want their products to be associated with this? why would IGN want to be holding their own league? why would anyone want to be associated through sponsorship with any of this. If you think this is okay then you have absolutely no understanding about the inner workings of E-Sports or anything else past your college dorm.
TLDR
Destiny got way to drunk and got beyond a point of having any grasp on the situation, all of the people who were there with him should have recognized that Destiny was being incredibly self-destructive and should have shut down his stream.
If E-Sports is going to grow or even just sustain it needs continued/increased sponsorships, and in order for this to happen the behaviour on Destiny's stream needs to be treated as completely unacceptable.Destiny got his stream banned and will most likely be getting stern talking to by Quantic.

So here are my thoughts on this matter.
Firstly, and very fortunately, there was no nudity; that would have killed his TL, own3d, and Quantic arrangements, and since Twitch's bridge was burnt (albeit amicably), he'd be out of a stream too. Still, he will have to face the repercussions of this indiscretion. Tomorrow. And by tomorrow, I mean as soon as this hits reddit front page and the organizations that have stakes in him discover just how well his vacation turned out.
An extraordinarily unfortunate turn of events ended up with him stone cold drunk and uninhibited, and even though I am a Destiny supporter, this was more than a little distasteful in my view. I'm not disappointed in him however, as he's not doing me a favour by streaming, and I have no expectations of him (not in a bad way, I'm just indifferent to everyone). I'm just a bit... I don't know, there's a shade of melancholy that lingers in my mind as I recall the events of 1/1/2012 Destiny style. Still, I have to admit, this was the most fun I've ever had watching his stream, and will continue to do so, regardless of the fallout (if he remains more or less intact).
Hopefully he doesn't get screwed hard because he gave in to peer pressure, got drunk, nearly got high, came borderline to sexually assaulting someone... Oh who am I kidding... But seriously, my hopes are with him coming out on the less damaging side of this situation.
But we have to look at this objectively, the guy was C L E A R L Y DRUNK out of his mind, he even kept begging them all and especially Mia Rose to forgive him for being so drunk, and kept saying he has never been this drunk before. I have to blame CatZ and primarily George/Christian for getting him drunk. Their feeble efforts to sober him up after their doings were not exactly admirable either, although CatZ just sorta shied away after he puked and sensibly so.
He was talking before he got drunk about how much fun he wanted to have with them all, and I guess he just got carried away with the drinking. He probably wanted to just have a blast before his vacation ended, and I'm sure he had a different scenario in mind when he started taking 4 shots at a time. Bad stuff happens with bad friends, and thus the debauched debacle we witnessed throughout the stream came to fruition.
Destiny was also quite remorseful of his drunkeness, no one can say he wasn't. I could see his imbroglio, I could SEE that he didn't want to get drunk out of his wits, but he just couldn't resist. I sympathize with him; he's a human, not a Stacraft automaton... he needs to chill out with his friends, do stupid things, enjoy his life, break some moulds, do things his way. And it's sad that this time, his way may have screwed him over. Regrettable...
Yes, this was a massacre from a PR point of view. Yes, this was a very lewd vacation which just so happened to be streamed. It's not going to be easy to claw his way out of this, perhaps this may even be in an inextricable plight, but hopefully this is not so. I don't know if Quantic will take action in regards to this, but I hope it will be lenient. In all honesty, they knew exactly what they were getting into when they took up Destiny from the heels of the coL/Root incident.
