http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=275168 It's not a ban, but there aren't a ton of those flying around right now, and I don't want to necro GG.NoRe's closed threads thread.

I like how he simultaneously insults himself as if to even out the insult. lolol

Although I'd say asshole is probably easier to spot via introspection than idiot...

BjC was just temp banned for 1 week by SoMuchBetter. That account was created on 2011-02-15 06:00:15 and had 176 posts. Reason: Remember when BjC got 1 week temp banned for whining about balance because he didn't remember the time last week when he got 2 day temp banned for whining about balance? Crazy days we live indeed For some reason I just couldn't stop laughing after reading this :D

The latest troll Nyovne is banning is funny too. Not sure what the point of wasting time registering a bunch of accounts with names like those would really accomplish. I'm sure it takes a lot less time for the mods to press their ban button.

This guy is wasting his time. I think I read somewhere that the process is literally hitting the 'ban user' button on the offending post, hitting 'yes' on the confirmation popup and then writing a short blurb for the ABL. Truly, he is wasting his time.

My air conditioning was dead that day, though, so I had the computers off to help keep it cooler inside for my son. Next morning after the repair guy was through, I had a couple PMs about it, but it was dying off, so I wasn't going to incur wrath for dredging it back up just to get my own kicks.

My portable air conditioner died this week, too. I just ordered a new one for around $400 since I figured the repair of the old one might be too expensive compared to just buying a new one.

It's usually cheaper to repair. Besides, it was just one of the fancy electromagnetic switches. Too many dead bugs kept it from closing the circuit. Most people in Texas don't play around with weak air conditioning. Just like when I was in Colorado, a place might not have air conditioning, but it would still have good heat.

Wish it would notify you when the topic gets closed so you don't waste another 10 minutes formulating a long, detailed and researched post (In my case usually strategy advice and such)... though it's more likely that i just fail at spotting close-worthy posts -.- On the other hand it's a great feeling if you report a really annoying post and it ends up in a 30 day ban for him

The central air conditioning we have is broken, too. I just didn't bother having it repaired this year since the people I live with were out of the country for the majority of the summer season this year. That sucker is too expensive to operate when I'm mostly alone so I just rely on the portable. And you lost your chance on that one. I think it was closed two days ago.
