If nobody cares about a form of entertainment, it vanishes. I'm not a huge BW fan really, but it is kind of the predecessor, and has had years to refine and mature.

I just wish that people could hope for both games to prosper. I love both BW and SCII; each has their own qualities that I enjoy watching, to the point where I value neither game over the other. I would like nothing more than for SCII to be wildly successful, and for BW to coexist alongside it as an amazing game in its own right. I despise the mindset of "one or the other"... why not both?

I personally wouldn't find much to shed a tear about if BW died off. But I also don't see any reason to attack people or deny them entertainment because it doesn't match your opinion. I hate watching sweaty fat guys in leotards grope each other, but some people watch Pro Wrestling. To each their own, agree to disagree. Its completely subjective.
I don't get why people on either side of the line consider enjoying the games to be mutually exclusive by nature.

JingleHell, I hate how you enjoy computers. I hope Microsoft and Apple go under and all the employees go to work for Burger King or some shit. Food is more important than electronics, after all, so we should be investing our energy into creating tasty hamburgers.
