Well they added that feature back So whatever happened they pretty much fixed the problem. There's still a few problems with the UDP changes they made, but for the most part it's been smooth sailing. I've had a little lag in 3v3s but I feel like that's people's PCs lagging and not b.net

I was almost certain that whatever changes they would have had to have made would have been in a patch, but I guess not. Either way, I think we should be fine for Saturday's tournament as far as lag goes. Now we just gotta figure out people's ranks and make up a fair bracket.

There's a much bigger StarCraft community in Utah than I thought. It was pretty awesome to walk through Versus and see so many computers running SC2 (as opposed to HoN -_-).I'm curious to know for future events - what do people think could have been done better? What would you like to see in the next LAN party we do? The biggest thing that I thought of right away was greater interaction between all the players out of game. Whether that means going out to eat before/after the tournament, doing something together, whatever it is I think it'd be good to get to know the community rather than just sit next to each other and play. Any thoughts?

I fail so hard vs Terran I really need to practice against them. Anyways, the LAN was fun, good turn out. Wish I could have stayed longer but my friend that I rode over there with had a family dinner that he was already late for I played like 30 games of SC2 that night... i've never played that much starcraft in one sitting in my life haha it was intense. When I move back up to Utah I will definitely come to more LANs though As far as things that could be better, let's get brackets and everything setup before hand if possible and post them online with player race included and we should definitely do a break or something where we either go out to eat or order something. It would also be cool if we could hook a PC up to one or more of those TVs with the xboxes and have everybody watch the semi finals/finals from there instead of huddling around little PC monitors ![]()

I would definitely come to more LANS, especially ones in salt lake---but i haven't played starcraft at all since patch 13. it saddens me that the best RTS since broodwars has been so ruined by bnet 2.0, I just don't have any motivation to play with the way the interface works and the way the ladder is constructed. /waiting for retail version to hopefully be better (but it wont be, blizzard is a money-centric company now, as opposed to being customer-centric and quality-centric) *edit* ill probably get banned for posting this though, since TL is now in the market of selling blizzard games. Isnt that right, Kennegit?

Oh yea one more suggestion next time, actually create lower brackets because the way it was done was weird, I had to play an outrageous number of games I made it to the finals of the upper bracket so when I went to the lower bracket I should have just had to play 1 guy before moving to the finals, but I had to plaly 2 or 3 people in the lower bracket instead so that was weird.

I would like to watch them. Do any of you guys have the replays or do you know if versus has them?
