Is there perhaps a "secret" build for this Hero, but you dont use it to often in fear of being tagged as "trash, noob, scrub" and whatever?
Feel free to explain in dept why you picked this specific hero/build.

In dota 1 I was a huge fan of Lanya, templar assassin. Her style of livin on the edge as well as her amazing map control made me a huge fan. I am looking forward to building her like I did in dota 1 with phase, medallion, bllink, bkb/desolator. She is a great mid-game ganker/counterganker and then becomes a badass assassin in late-game team fight. Bkb feels a little too good on her if you time your refraction well, it feels like you can stay in a fight forever. And nothing feels better than meld-dodging and refraction-dodging. The fact that she has a very high skill cap and that her team-fight presence is completely life-or-death based on your own skill, she is really rewarding to play and win with. I also feel she can work in a number of different lineups. Oh...and the mindgames. I love me some mindgames. In dota 2, I would have to say I enjoy drow the most right now. I just love orbwalking killing a lot of people. I generally build her treads, lothars, crit/bkb, then whatever I need to end the game. It is so much fun kiting people around and that AoE silence is so boss. You can also catch people off guard at night with ganks. Mostly in lower-skill games but abusing her great nightvision can net you some very early skills with a fellow dps-er.

Hopefully he gets transferred into Dota2 soon. I normally play the standard build: phaseboots magic wand point booster Dagger Agha I think Drums is a good option on Panda too, if you are in a disadvantage and cant farm as fast as you would like to. His Ulti is just fun to play, if u have some micro and can use his spells.

Start with Frostbite, ring of basi and 2x mana potion. You just pull the big camps out, Frostbite the biggest creep, kill it, then rinse repeat for the rest. Quickly make a soul ring, level up aura twice, then go normal build and gank from there.

Pick Lich (tango, health, mantle x2, iron branch x2) Solo mid. As soon as you hit 6 gank side lane then immediately return mid. Repeat when ult comes off cooldown Boots of travel Start roaming when you hit 11. Try to time it so your ult is off cool-down when you hit 11. Use map awareness to counter-gank + ult with boots of travel.

i love this build and i havent really seen anyone else use it in dota 2 and it wasnt that popular in dota 1 either, obviously the build sacrifices using emp/tornado but instead it gives you a perfectly positioned ice wall and a well placed meteor

extremely versatile hero, can gank hard, awesome support in team fights, solo hard long lanes, hard to kill, semi carry (under various circumstances). She's also a strong pick in almost ANY lineup. I like to play her: Windrun first (I generally solo hard lane so I dont need early shakle for gank, I just need to survive some gimmicky first blood stuff) Shackle Shot (again safety in solo hard lane) Power Shot x3 Shackleshot Powershot Shackleshot Shackleshot Windrun (will get ult if we're going heavy push, and I'll ult towers) Windrun Windrun Ult Ult Stats Ult Stats General Item progression for normal game: Ring of Bas Phase Boots Wand Mek Force Staff Sheep <3 Windrunner.

You attack so fast and you crit for ~1000. Combined with your cleave and AoE stun it is just ridiculous. I seriously think he might hit harder than any other hero in the game right now.

Not really a build, but I love just tossing Doom on someone and then they're usually just flat-out dead without me ever touching them unless they're at max health or they get some heal off. But the "theme" of the 1540 damage Doom is my niche.

I'd say my favorite hero with a more conventional build is Clockwork or Rexxar with the fastest Necromonicom you can manage. That or just a super fast Dagon.

Boots->bracer->force->treads->aghanims (point booster first) and then shiva's if they are smart enough to try and kill me, or scythe if I am winning hard. I haven't tried orchid yet on her but it seems like a solid item if you want to just dps someone down.

For pubs, Quas Exort build with 1 point in Wex for quick double elementals and then depending on what your team needs, if the game is going well, just stack exort, if you need more cc, stack quas, if you really need that emp or alacrity, stack wex. Items I usually do are basic drum and phase to guinsoo's. If I'm feeling particulary ballsy, necrobook is one of my favourite items on any hero that can use it well, and on invoker it's really good although pretty apm intensive. ![]()

One forcestaff per team is pretty strong imo (Unless you try to push-win before minute 25-30) Also, you can position yourself a lot better for shackleshots with Forcestaff and still have one escape mechanism. Or push your carry out of enigma ult / over ledges / out of range for a follow-up stun / sprout / etc. / etc. / etc. Push enemy SK that activated ulti over a ledge. Forcestaff has a million and two uses, I think if you know how to handle it and remember it at all times it can easily be the difference between a win and a loss. Favourite: WR: Phaseboots - Wand - Basilius(if you don't already have 2 or more) - Forcestaff - Hex or as support WR: Manaboots - Wand - Basi - Meka/Pipe (depending on the enemy damagetype) - Euls/Hex/Forcestaff and ofc wards+smokes+Dusts-if needed Skills depend, If sololane I skill windrun once on lvl 1 then max powershot/shackle If trilane - Max powershot/shackle no windrun till you start to roam/need it if dual lane - like solo but windrun on lvl 2/4 depending on their go-potential Ult always on 10/11, level 1 ulti with no extra damage from items is about as good as not skilling at all.

Bottle, Boots of Travel, Scythe of Vyse. From here on it depends on what the team needs. I like getting Force Staff, Shiva's or Dagon, depending on what we need. Windrunner is another favorite. I usually get utility items on her and sometimes wards if necessary. Force Staff, Mekasm etc.

Zeus Boots -> Bottle -> Arcane Boots -> Soul Ring -> Bloodstone -> Blink -> BoTs Clinkz Basi -> Boots -> Soul Ring -> PTs -> Deso -> Eul's/BKB -> Hex Both can deviate so hard from this build at any point; Zeus for a less greedy Force Staff/Eul's with Arcanes and Clinkz for a really early BKB if getting pressured. Against the Bounty/Bara I just go Eul's first.
