Again after playing a bunch of good games where I carried the team, I get into a team where there's a rikki, who does not use smoke at all, a pudge who's playing for the first time, ends up feeding 20 times. out of that 52 score, 20 were his deaths, and of course the usual stuff, pudge hooks air or friendly team mates on the verge of a kill lol. Currently in the next game, tide buys flying courier first and says courier doesnt work, ends up buying 3 couriers lol. Now tide does not want us to use his 3 couriers, finally we convince him too. Now shadow fiend does not want us to send courier to secret shops or anywhere close to the border of the dire side because it's dangerous, he says come to closest tower and take your stuff.....fml hwo the fuck did this match even happen. he also actively sends back any couriers. | ||

I think I'll go with Lone druid 2x treads basher vlads at ~40 minutes(after getting a midas ofc) | ||

Its also funny how a surprising amount of people seems to think that HP somehow corresponds to "skill". The more HP you have, the better you're doing. I once got shouted at by the team for only have 1000hp on a Gondar, when I only had a couple of deaths and around 10 kills at that point. Here's a protip: HP does not kill the enemy. (we also had an enigma who never hit blackholes, and a tidehunter who couldn't bother to use his bad spell called Ravage, and a carry who rushed hearth first because "WHOHO HP!") | ||

I don't get why Valve doesn't implement a visual MMR rating. This way people will think twice before ruining a game by playing bad because their MMR will visually be lower. I think Dota 2 will be in beta status for a long time seeing that in its current state the situation would get much worse when more players are introduced to the game when it is f2p. QQ. | ||

And to QQ a bit more - 3 games as solo. First flawless victory (20-0) and we ate em on every lane. Second game - i got stomped, every lane failed, well ok happens. 3rd game - my team stomps so hard its not even funny. 3 games within 1,5h during peak time and instant quques. MM in this game is god damn bad  | ||

I'm Viper. Team is me, Jakiro, Razor, Bounty Hunter and Phantom Lancer. Opposition is Dark Seer, Outworld Destroyer, Naga Siren, Leshrac and Gyrocopter. I go mid and end up vs OD. I absolutely dominate him getting a few early kills and stuff. Other things seem to be going well. Their Gyrocopter drops for good so its 5v4. Everything going awesomely at least as far as I could see. Reasonable trades. I eventually hit something like 12-2 (first time playing Viper and loving it) and Phantom Lancer is busily farming up his Manta. Good position. Then we just basically lose because of three members of the team being totally useless. BH kept going off into the jungle and sitting on the ancient spawning points for no reason whilst Jakiro and Razor had some sort of competition going to see who could feed the most (Jakiro was 1-10 and Razor 1-14; both of them finished around 4-7 levels lower than everyone else still actually playing). Absolutely nothing I could do in most fights now other than try to survive (which didn't happen often with no escape ability and my team all running away at the first sign of trouble...or just dying). Then, as they're smashing down our base I'm pushing top hard, desperately trying to base race them (futile effort, but worth a try; I've managed it with Antimage before today). Jakiro pings like hell on our base and asks me to come back. So I blindly TP back thinking they've actually got their act together and just need the extra support to successfully hold them back for a little longer. Nope, of course not. In fairness it was a stupid mistake on my part to come back without checking the situation or, indeed, to even take this guy at his word. Three of them are already dead by the time I get back and I arrive back in time just fast enough to get Netted, Vacuumed and then sliced up by four Naga Sirens. Great. Punchline to all this? I ask "how did that happen?" (albeit with more swearing) referring to the fact we were ahead and then just lost. Jakiro with his 1-10 score had the audacity to say "because you went off". *headdesks* | ||

We had a VS who refused to support. Didn't buy a single ward or anything relating to support. Our Sven, would waste his mana on creeps. So whenever we'd be in a team fight he wouldn't have enough mana to ult+stun. Our OD was just an all around terrible player. The kicker? They were all queued together and Brazilian. Our Ogre was forced to play pure support and me; being Luna was forced to die a lot and not have any farm due to zero map control. After we got stomped on repeatedly what happens? One of my Brazilian comrades (The Vengeful Spirit) tells me we lost because I suck and they even had the audacity to point out how I was lacking items (I only had treads/helm of dom/bottle/wand). Now I don't mean to boast, but I'm a damn good Luna player. I dominate with her so badly, but when you have a brain dead team it's impossible to do shit. I went mid and I shut down invoker and even killed him once. I ganked the lanes, I did my job. But once the laning phase ended we got shit all over. Repeatedly. The level of my frustration is quite high. | ||
