Just played a 41 minute game where we were 5v1. The opponent Ursa abandoned 2 minutes in after feeding a couple times, so game is already ruined, but their storm stays in 1v5 and manages to drag the game 40 minutes. How you ask? We manage to push down mid and take rax, but storm having all the extra leaver gold manages to kill a couple of us and snowballs a bit.

We have a clinkz, who goes "HC" at the beginning of the game, so cool, we can split push right? No, in all 40 minutes he doesn't even attempt to backdoor at all, despite that we have creeps in their base all game because mid rax is down. The one time he tries, is because I tell him that he can backdoor when creeps are pushed in on mid, so he walks into base, sits around invis until the storm shows himself in the fucking base, then hits the rax. Of course storm being right next to him, just immediately kills him.

How is this kid 4.6k?? I'm playing zeus, we had a CM, a clockwork and a shadow demon, so this guy is literally our only push. So because of that we turned a 2 minutes abandon game into a 40 minute match of stupidity T.T where the only reason we won is because all of us except clinkz manage to farm a hex to finally kill the storm.

Between the "beastmaster hard carry vlads first" the invoker that maxes exhort but always uses tornado so our mirana damage is gone from star farm, I can't use TB ult, then the 1-13-8 lion paired with the 1-13-8 void....past two days beyond awful.

Go 0-10. I hate not having full party to play in a team so much.

Well in his defense, getting orchid as offlane storm the timing will be so bad am could just manta it off by the time he got orchid.

Enemy Magnus walks down mid to give us free gold. Obviously all part of a plan to lure invoker into a false sense of security. Invoker proceeds to go 0-4 vs magnus in under 8 minutes as magnus gets 7 minute blink. 3 of those deaths completely solo to magnus, bounty never touched invoker.

Takes early point of wex to farm up creep wave with meatball (doesnt' even kill ranged creep). Goes for rune as wave is at optimal farming point, dies to magnus solo. Uses tornado so chronosphere time is wasted, my attacks miss.

But here is the kicker, here is what makes it so amazing. He's this bad, WITH 443 GAMES OF INOVKER!!!!. 443 games and he's still this awful! Like holy fucking shit dude.

Edit: Oh and feed enemy team all wards and smokes before abandoning the game. Seriously this punishment system is a fucking joke!!!!

I have just become completely unable to win at this game for some reason. Every day this week has been 1-6, 1-7, 1-some stupidly high number. I don't even know if I'm playing poorly or if my teammates are awful. I just can't win...

I've been on a win streak since my last post here, gained about 200 mmr, which was nice. Until today.
One of my games, mid invoker died a couple of times. Decided that the appropriate response is to tilt, call us all cucks, and feed himself and courier mid over and over again. This goes on for 30 minutes until we lose the game. Thanks kid.

Second game, I random Lina. Last pick guy gets PA and asks for mid. Fine, you can have it. He proceeds to feed, gets no items, and we lose, hard.

Final game - void demands solo offlane. Fine, take it you muppet. He goes Vlads first into blink. Enemy team has a roaming Pudge and a godlike Terrorblade. This fucking Void has his first farming item, Maelstrom, something like 30 minutes into the game.

How these people manage to somehow not die during their day by tripping over their own feet I'll never know.

Some people don't really use their brain at all. Like, if you are 1k mmr below the other dude that wants to play carry, just suck it up and let him play carry. It should be common sense if you actually want to win, but hey, maybe "mmr is just a number" and it doesn't really show your true potential.

This is a good one...

Spectre naked rushes a radiance vs my solo Phoenix offlane. He has shadow shaman support so it's not an easy lane to be aggressive, but I do what I can and eventually leave to pressure the other lanes. Spec never gets punished for the rush because of how my team plays (no real tower pushes, no aggressive fights) despite my best efforts.

My safelane is Sven + SD + WD vs KotL + WR (with some roaming by KotL)

Spectre gets naked radiance at 16 minutes.... so he gets it with a farm of ~320GPM which is not all that impressive. At 10 minutes he has 47 last hits and a kill on me because of SS (I didn't know about that new-ish juke spot from top of dire to the secret shop).

My safelane backing him up against a KotL + WR lane gets 21 LH @10 somehow for a stunning 216GPM (below WR's 250 mind you). He also goes 3 points stun without ever getting a kill in lane or a blink dagger. He gets a 20 minute Echo Sabre.

Then complains non-stop about Spectre's naked 16 min radiance. (Also note our mid Timber is tied for Spec in networth at this time)

By 20 minutes I'm tied with Sven for farm. By 26 minutes I have a 1k lead on him. By the end of the game as a Phoenix (not really trying to farm because it's Phoenix) I have a 3k Networth lead on our #1 position Sven and only 2 less hits than a hero with cleave + HotD (he built that after his 20 min echo sabre).

For some reason, and I can't fathom why, a lot of people seem to only like playing carry. To me it is the most boring role by far, 80% of the game you're just running around auto attacking creeps.

Big shoutout to the safe lane Wraith King in my last game who didn't communicate at all for half an hour. He went first item Armlet, bought boots at 23 minutes, and was partied up with an offlane bristleback who had 55 cs when the game was over at 34 minutes. These idiots want to fight every time they see an enemy hero on the map, but have no items and no farm - they keep feeding over and over and wonder why they lost. The total lack of self awareness in the DotA player base makes me fear for the future of humanity. How anyone is meant to climb out of this glass-walled trench I have no idea.

Much love to the four fuckwits I played with last game who all wanted to play carry - picked Void, Sven, SS, Meepo in that order. Sure I thought, I'll play CM and support these guys.
Much love to Sven who didn't buy a BKB in a 35 minute game.
