I of course could have played for months before playing any inhouses, which I'm going to do now. And you really think that flaming is okay if someone can't play a hero? I mean I would understand it and really wouldn't mind if I went like 0-12 but in this: It's a bit too harsh, you don't think so? It's kind of difficult to play inhouses if you only play 2 heroes well. You kind of need to adapt to the strategy the captain want to use. Some heroes even is played completely differently for different roles (i.e. Leshrac can be both support and a carry, knowing how to play him in both situations help etc). Go play some matchmaking and try more heroes to get a better grasp of them and then come back and you will see that people will treat you better : )

I was enigma that game. I actually asked to play naga since I have a good record with her in MM/ih, but you mentioned playing her just as we picked, so I took as step back since you seemed to really want to play the hero. Just take it easy, try to learn a few more heroes and I'm sure inhouse will be a much better experience for you ![]() charged hammer #1 dps

Dont be put off by the shikyo drama wagon.

Shoutouts to liquipedia staff. ROFL Shikyo, for one, I would never ever let you play a carry if you're new to the game. The only roles I could let you play is support/easy jungler like enigma/lycan, and even then, it would be hard for both of us since i'd have to tell you everything you have to do. Consider this. There's 5roles. One is solo lane. You need an amazing map awareness/positionnement and last hitting. Then you have the mid, which is imo the most important role in dota, you can't rly let that to a guy who never played it seriously. After that there's carry. Sure all you have to do is farm, but you also need to know when to farm and where. You also need to know how to stale a lane. I could explain everything to you ingame, but then the both of us would be bad ig and that lead to bad experience.

You've been shitting up general discussion thread for like 2 weeks and you expect everyone to be nice to you? Yeah, except beesa because I was being mean to him(Said sorry though :/ Hope he'll forgive me). Also I do only play the first position, but again if you're not okay with that I just won't play... That'd have saved some trouble to be honest. That's fair, to be honest, I mostly play 4/5s anyways, since they're generally where the noobs end up anyways =D Learning other roles slowly. Thanks for the responses dudes, I'll probably check it out when I'm on next!

Normally inhouses are great experiences for people, except for when NOBODY LIKES YOU. Edit: I was asked to also point out that you're terrible. Shoutouts to liquipedia staff. Inhouse games do sort of suck when nobody likes you. Honestly, its your fault for only playing those two heroes. You should learn to play more roles in some bot games. If it was a nice new player, but you're a know it all asshole trying to play first position and constantly arguing with people on this forum who actually know what they're talking about and have played the game for longer than 1 month. ...into: 5. flaming the entire community after the game I mean, do you guys even read your own posts? Last time I checked Shikyo was neither banned nor warned for his posting, however all of you step up and tell him "gtfo, teamliquid community doesn't like you"? I'm usually one of the first people to laugh when something dumb happens to Shikyo in his games (LOL AXE BLADEMAIL) or when he makes a dumb post and someone takes the bait but this isn't funny anymore. You're being a lynchmob that's way out of line. Is that how you want to see TL as a community treat people?

The amount of modnotes Shikyo has is pretty hilarious, and I find your white knighting of him to be equally amusing. You apparently have never read any of his posts. He's not trolling, this is what Shikyo actually believes.

I'm not playing with him, I've never played with him. My problem is his forum attitude. The guy goes into GD and tells a bunch of fairly good players that with his two weeks of playing the game he's obviously got more game knowledge than their several thousand games played. Then he goes into that thread you made and tells 5-s that with his 2 weeks of dota he's learned more than 5-s has in 10 years of playing and points out that his guide is shit. Then he goes into the TL chat on Dota 2 and rages about blah blah blahhhh blah blahhhhhhhhhhhhh. Then he comes here and flames his entire team because obviously he's the greatest player ever and they should just first pick PA for him it's free win gg. Holy Shityo. If he didn't have 17000 shitposts he would probably have been banned, but he's been whining on TL for forever so it's fine.

He then followed that up with the audacity to post Combine that with his pattern of posting in this subforum and the amount of vitriol is quite unsurprising You guys seem to know a lot about his posting right after the game for being unaware of his attitude or ability. I could somewhat understand if it was someone like me who has a completely different name on Steam, but his name is exactly the same. You guys are making a big deal out of this though just because he's Shikyo. He didn't play poorly relative to anybody on your team. Especially not bad enough to warrant all this bullshit. You guys threw a game and chose him as a scapegoat. If you hadn't gone full retard after he screwed up that combo you could have still won the game easily. You guys were so far ahead after the early game that it was just funny to me that you guys managed to lose.
