Yep!, Basically this, i enjoy playing with people for fun, so i think that when you create a lobby, the maker should ask the 10 guys wether they wanna play CM, RD, SD , AP or AR, we played CM because everyone agreed to it, and even we played a Slardar, a 2-1-2 strat and more.
As i said earlier, i don't care much about the win/loss,an IH is for people to get friends and play in a better environment that the pubs offer, and by doing that you can pick freely as long as your teammates agree and have a fun and weird game all along.

Yes mate. Fuchi was there, also a guy named "cool.something" and i dont remember the other 2 sadly.
Edit: (ye again) Garlicface and Ice.Cool.cut were the others.

See the reason we had the hot hosted tlih games was to have a way to deal with leavers. Then the not inhouses died and now we're back to having to bring it up in threads.

We don't need a bot - if (when?) the leavers and ragers become a problem, the IH steam group can become invite only and troublemakers can be kicked.

The skill difference is pretty big sometimes though, when I was spectating your games yesterday, I started to feel less inclined to join. Another big problem is the drafting... If you don't feel confident, just ask - ask what to do, what to get, where to do and almost as (maybe more) important, if you don't get it - why. Try to use voice chat, because it's easier just to talk through your thought process whilst playing than typing. If I have to type out an explanation, it'll probably be along the lines of "becuase I said so", if I can say it - you'll get the full reasoning.
Only played a couple recently, but they were decent games, certainly much better than I was expecting for an ih with a random pile of people.
I'd say that if you can manage to last hit, carry is probably the easier of the roles. Your team should be keeping you safe, and you get fat enough that you can just a-move for victory, hopefully, at least with tanky carries.
Just make sure you have some communication on your team - understand who you're trying to focus down, what the next aim is, whatever. If nobody's saying anything, just ask - quite possible that they're not thinking enough either. Certainly was the case with a game yesterday. Had a game where we needed to win in 25-30. Got early lead, and then frittered it away. We should have got a gem, agressively counter warded, and then bossmoded it into the base. Instead we wanked about failing to get mid game ganks, got outfarmed and then got CK'd and furion'd. All because we weren't focusing enough on the plan - if even a new palyer had gone "so what we doing now guys", it could have spurred the thought process, rather than just "WHEEEE NIGHTSTALKER IS FAST WHEEEEE"
tl;dr: talk to people, use voice, ask questions and you're already on your way to contributing, no matter your skill level.

Yeah, we just took our foot off the gas and then you guys got big farm when you shouldn't have. It was our game to win, not yours to lose, and we didn't do it right. your team also co-ordinated really well. Fast on the responses which stifled us. Ck is also bullshit. Nothing but treads and armlet, and still wrecking everything.

what servers are you guys playing on? would love to play with you guys again. i was once taught by people such as BurningSera, Xibera, Blitz, Stancel and other folksback in the old TLIH. sure there were raging and drama sometimes but meh we still play. hope I could play with you guys again. I think I improved because of all the things taught to me in the IH but of course im still a mediocre normal player so dont expect much :D
