My PC has had, for a long time, an issue with booting up. I would get a 'disk read error' and have to do silly things like open the boot menu, shut off my computer in the boot menu, then turn it on again and it might turn on fine with a 'Windows has failed to startu- fuck you start windows normally'
Then later it began to crash quite strangely. It would crash if I had a game open, and any other program at the same time. It would crash if I was playing any game other than Starcraft. It would crash if I stayed in a Starcraft lobby for 1 minute or more.
Today it raised its white flag, crashing during a starcraft match, with no background programs running and won't turn on.
I turn on the computer, get in to system repair and try to fix it automatically. Windows can not fix the problem automatically, would you like to send an error report? I go to system restore, all of my restore points are somehow from may 21-26 at 2:00am or at another random point. Each one being a 'critical update.'
Edit: Can not use 'start windows normally' it reroutes back to 'start system repair' or whatever.
As a sidenote, I got a few blue screens that I think were some memory error, I did not look at them long enough to remember T.T, and I also have had my display drivers crash.
So it looks like my RAM, Hard Drive, and Graphics Card all need replacing, tell me if that is correct.
Also, should I take it to a repair shop or just buy the new stuff and windows 7 (This rig was bought with win 7 preloaded...) and try to fix it myself?

Well, it is nearly impossible to tell what caused those crashes, as you didnt look into the BSODs and seemingly didnt try looking into the porblems any further by checking the HDD, testing ram etc...
Also, did the crash end in a BSOD or also in just turning off and on again or what happens exactly?
You actually only can test your components one by one (perferrable with another PC abailable).
Just blindly buying every part new, would be stupid imo. And before you pay a dude to do the stuff you could easily do yourself...do it yourself

Well I cant check which BSOD it is any more as the computer won't turn on for that problem to occur.
I do not actually know how to check if my hardware is broken when it won't turn on. I do not have a second case to plug things in to to see where it is going wrong.

With "wont turn on" do you mean, the PC remeins silent or you just cant get past the BIOS Screen (meaning you see the BIOS screen but no WIndows is loading)?

I can open 'Start system repair', but not get past that.
BIOS comes up fine, PC starts when the power button is pressed.
I get the error 'windows has failed to start' 'start normally' 'launch system repair'
Even if I press 'start normally' It opens the system repair, but fails to repair and turn on the pc.

Ok, if you are lucky, then only the HDD may be fucked or even only the installation totally screwed.
First of all, do you have a backup of all your important data?
If you dont, do this asap, meaning go to a friend plug the hdd there and try to access it that way (via his running system).
If your data is not that important, try formatting it and do a clean install. I think you even can email microsoft and ask for a copy of Win7 if you can prove, you have a Win7 preloaded key. (I am not sure bout that part though)

My data is completely disposable. I will try to contact microsoft, but I do not know how I can prove to them I bought windows 7 because it was preloaded.
I want to format or just buy a new HDD

Didn't you get a serial key on a sticker with your PC? Or did something change in the world of preloaded windows...?
Cant tell since, I get that stuff for free (students olé)
