hello guys,
I have a problem ,when i start streaming randomly times my computer starts beeping and the mouse stutters. Then i can't play till i put another mouse into my computer normally Razer salmosa when bug SS kinzuv2. Very strange bug and its a known bug more people have it on xsplit forum.
So i think here on Teamliquid there are more Sc2 streamers and maybe more people have this issue and have fixxed it or know a solution for temp fix.
Here is the xsplit forum link with this problem: https://www.xsplit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=355
Xsplit setting: 1280x720 25fps quality 6 bitrate1000 bitratebuffer 1000
If you need more information about system specs just ask Sorry for my bad english try it at my best. Greetz XQlusive

I'd agree with the posters on the forum, without knowing more about your hardware, I'd have to conclude two things.
First: You have Good Hardware on Paper: > Check Temperatures using This, or something similar. > If your Temperatures check out, your Good Hardware could be underpowered. Unfortunately this can be tricky to figure out, so some guesswork is involved, other posters may know of easier ways to troubleshoot your PSU, but sadly, I do not. > Your Hardware could be faulty, try running software like Prime95 to ensure you've no faults. Memtest can be used to Test your Memory, but can take some time to return a faulty region.
Second: Your Good System has some shady shi*t going on in the background. > Malwarebytes is great. > Locate your favorite Antivirus software. Something that isn't Norton. Avast works for my purposes. > If these fail, and no other other poster has any (no doubt Better) information to help, it may be time to upgrade. System Specs / Operating System / Other Juicy Details would be helpful. I'm new around here, but I'm sure the more knowledgeable folks will need these.

i have the same problem but only with the beeping noise. It happens on and off but not everytime.
|
When this happened to me it turned out to be my mouse driver. During the error if I unplugged my mouse and re plugged it would fix for a while and repeat. Updating the Mouse driver and firmware fixed this for me
|
What's the beeping? Sometimes you get a certain pattern that'll tell you what's wrong.
|
Its not xsplit related. It happens to me occasionally and I don't stream. Its most likely your graphics card. Run furmark test and see if your pc crashes.
Good luck.

I only have it when i stream ,i think its xsplit related because on that xsplit forum a lot of people have the problem. I use razer salmosa mouse without driver so i don't think that's the problem.(and can't be firmware updateble I reinstalled pc 3 days ago don't think i have sh*t on my pc atm ,but i shall download some tool as freeware take a look if it finds something. My hardware is pretty good and totally stable i know that for sure. It could be a driver or overheated usb ports but i dont guess it is . The sound is beeping sound and it goes every second and mouse stutters ,maybe its the cpu usage mouse priority i gonna look to that, but on the xsplit forum they have it also with other brand company's . pretty mysterious problem. Thanks for helping

Hi I have had this problem in the past. If you use game source, and broadcast on the resolution you use in windows, then you should not have this problem anymore. I troubleshooted many hours before finding this out. I thought the last release of xsplit was supposed to resolve this issue, though?
|
happens to me too. I am pretty sure it isn't my hardware problem. It will just start having heavy mouse problems like it's moving 1fps while the rest of the system will be running fine using the keyboard, only the mouse has the problem.

Can it help if you lower your mouse polling rate maybe from 1000 hz to a lower value? I go try it out maybe it helps ,im for sure its something xsplit with mouse problem or usb ports in combination with xsplit. If i know the answer i let u guys know ,till for now i hope someone reacts here on the forum with solution. Because i really wants to streaming starcraft 2.

Happens to me often as well after long streaming sessions mostly. I use a salmosa. What I do to fix it is unplug my mouse, plug in my other mouse (g5) and then either use that or go back to the salmosa. That works for me. Don't know what causes it though. -- From your Link
Unless that poster was you, it appears that there is some correlation between the mouse you're using an this bug with Xsplit. (which you noted in your post)
Do you have any other mice you can test with? [And if they work, can you potentially play with them?]

Yea, I've had the same problem (well it's only happened once). I use a SS Ikari Laser. It's not related to xsplit as far as I know.
|
Yeah its related i only have it in xsplit. I'm testing now to put energy saver on usb root hub putt it off and put lower mouse polling rate. Maybe it work i let you know guys.

I just had this happen to me for the first time. It has never happened before with xsplit and my kinzu mouse.
specs: Mouse: kinzu OS: windows 7 ultimate Mobo: Asus Sabertooth x58 Cpu: Intel i7 960 3.2ghz GPU: Nvidia geforce GTX 470 Ram: 6GB corsair DDR3 HDD: caviar black 1tb WD Case & powersupply: antec DF-85 with antec oversized powe rsupply designed for the case
anything else you'd have to ask for.
i thought i was getting hacked lol. I'm glad i've found people having the similar error because most people i asked were telling me it was a virus or hardware issue.
|
It's screen region in xsplit. Problem solved by using dxtory for screen capturering big investment but it works now . and it use a lower ammount of fps so im happy
|
Definitely check your temperatures, i had this problem some time ago when my CPU temps were reaching ~80-90 C, anything above 70 is really not good for your cpu.
|
This is definitely an issue with Xsplit. And can be quite random at times. The only thing that people can come up with is that it seems to be strictly related to people who are using Win7 and an i-7. When I streamed with Xsplit I could get this bug every game or go 200 games straight without an issue. I also tried 4 different mice with 4 different brands and it didn't matter. But as soon as I stopped using Xsplit I never had this issue again and always see streams that this affects where the streamer is using Xsplit but have never seen someone not using Xsplit where this happens.
I really wish Xsplit would fix this bug because there software is by far the easiest to set up.
|
Aye, totally agree with most of the posts above but most issue in my opinion is.
1. Having good hardware 2. Having good internet speed
This problem disappeared for me as soon as I got a faster download/upload speed with my internet upgrade. The problem does come back after streaming a excess time, my time would probably be around 8-10 hours.

Hey I'm still having this exact issue using a razor death adder and the newest xsplit update
