Hello, dear friends! 10 minutes ago I registered an account on Xsplit and downloaded the new Beta version (the one release 5th Dec.) and happily installed it, thinking how much fun its gonna be when I get to stream ladder games. Unfortunately, every time I start the program I get this error: ![[image loading]](http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/2703/newbitmapimagehs.png)
. Can anyone help me? I really don't know how to fix this -.- Thanks in advance! -Anyvia

goto the official xsplit forums and see if there is a way to fix this. Or reinstall.

Wow thanks, you guys! But once again, I was all happy while the program was starting up and after I tried logging in I got this:

I have never been able to install .NET Framework 3.5 before and I cant do it now aswell. I get an error that says: You must use "Turn off Windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP.1.
Well thats kinda stupid since I have no idea what to Turn on or off from there. It's like Microsoft is trolling me. Since I have NO IDEA what this .NET Framework program(?) does I went to check if I have a different version installed and all I could find in my "Programs and Features" settings was Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.
Help? ;S Thanks!

Go to control panel -> Programs and Features
Then on the left hand side there should be an item called "Turn Windows features on or off".
Scroll down to Microsoft .NET Framework and check it.
See if it helps

When I checked the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and tried to start the setup for .NET Framework 3.5 nothing happens at all -.- . Do I have to delete my previous .NET Framework or something ? And what does this thing even do? And is this even the problem here ?

hmm..... XSplit is built on top of the .NET framework and provides a lot of the base system functions (interaction with the OS etc) and it looks like that is the problem because is is saying it cant find the System.Core assembly which (as the name suggests) is one of the core assemblies of .NET and would suggest that .NET 3.5 is not installed on your machine.
Looking here http://www.xsplit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3251 suggests the same issue. It's just that your machine seems to have someting against installing .NET
