removing map cache in sc2?

i'm getting back into sc2 recently, and when i go to play a versus a.i. game there are still tons of maps listed that i played in the past and have no interest in.. and they are making the list load slowly. can i fix this?

cache is extra data, removing it could clear all extra data (maps,....). It never hurts to delete cache data
