As skyr said, the minimun changes for each individual processor. The max depends how often you want to need to upgrade your cpu I guess. What is needed for stable oc also varies obviously. Most people don't want to exceed much more than 1.5 V and I personally would not want to run my cpu at 1.5 24/7.

If you don't want to take chances, get an active USB extension (repeater), since those aren't really even that much more expensive. More or less this is like a USB hub with only one port on the other side, like this: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=103&cp_id=10303&cs_id=1030312&p_id=8751&seq=1&format=2

If the USB controller is where the plug is (doesn't particularly look like it for that model), then the effective length of the USB connection is not 10 + 10 feet but just 10 feet with the extension. If the controller is housed inside the headset, then there might be issues. Also that's cheaper than the normal non active one I found on amazon, and is longer too lol.

When I was using my Naga, if I lifted my mouse like half an inch from the mouse pad it would stop responding to movement, something that I like because I often like to reposition the mouse on the mousepad without actually moving the cursor. On the DeathAdder, I have to move the mouse almost 3 inches before it will stop responding, what has resulted in my accidently scolling all over the map on Starcraft when I don't want to. Is there any way to make this behave more like my Naga? As in drivers/software settings, or even using a different tpye of mousepad/surface. Or will I just have to get used to this?

I will definitely be looking into that. I had a system crash way back that caused me to have to restore factory settings on my old gateway laptop. After I did this I had a folder named BACKUP in my hard drive with everything that was on the laptop prior to the crash. I'm running into problems trying to delete a lot of the windows system files in the BACKUP folder. Even when I open explorer as a system admin the deletion currently pauses at 51.1 gigs and eventually tells me that I need permission to perform this action and my only options given are to cancel or try again. Try again has only led to the same message.

I'm looking to add a TV to my home. Which type of TV should I buy that I can stream from my PC easily? I know there are smart TVs, internet ready TVs and normal LED/LCD. I know I can use the TV as a monitor via HDMI but I'm looking to have my TV in the living room, where the computers are in the game room. Can these wifi or smart tv's access my PC remotely? Either with remote desktop or network sharing? Is it possible to say have an MLG or something running on my PC, and showing up in my living room TV? Same goes for tv and movies I download.

Make your stream resolution a multiple of your 16:10 aspect ratio. 720p implies 1280x720, which is a 16 : 9 aspect ratio and would require more processing by your CPU instead of a more simple down-scaling. I'd suggest starting with 840x525 or maybe 1152x720 max. And honestly if you've read the guides around here, you should know how to get started and just play with it until you find something that works well...

If you're comforatable with overclocking, then yes. OCing will help with SC2 and streaming, so it's worth the ~$100 if you have room in your budget (don't forget a cooler, something like the hyper 212+ or gaia sd1283 for ~$30 is perfectly fine). edit: typo
