I just wanted to add that I have an ASRock motherboard and functionally speaking it works great. If I had one gripe it would be a complete lack of onboard LED's for relaying errors and the like. My last motherboard had 4 LED's for various errors but this motherboard (Pro3 SE P67) is entirely dark. I dunno english is cooky since we lost a lot of articulate words when we started filling our chiefly Germanic roots with Latin words. For instance the global plural "you" is simply "you" instead of the most correct "thou."

We have 3 computers all wired up to the router via ethernet. However, whenever MY computer tries to host, it will never work. They can see my game listed but they cannot join. But they can host and I can join theirs! What is going on? I have all ports forwarded correctly and we even tried gameranger and hamachi. Also, although I can play Brood War when they host the game, for some reason whenever we try Rise of Nations I will always drop. Only my computer. We play for a couple minutes and bam I get lagged out. What is going on? I reformatted my computer and troubleshooted all night but to no avail. It is never their computers screwing up, only mine! I am very confused and would love the help of networking gurus as to what I can do to fix this issue. Thank you.

P8P67 has more connectivity, USB3 header, better CMOS placement, more phases, better warranty, better UEFI, and whatever else you can think of... It's only lacking SLI, Z68 chipset, and debug LED / on-board buttons that the Asrock Extreme3 has.

All P67 boards allow for overclocking. All P67 boards with two PCI-E x16 slots allow for CrossfireX (which includes the P8P67).
